    Had a great staycation for my anniversary (ask for local resident prices). The room was clean and comfy. Service was super helpful and friendly. I was a little thrown off by the individual (paper towel style) toilet paper, but really that's no big deal. 100% would be back.

    Failed at hotel shuttle arrangements, 3 times now attempting entry into room prior to standard check out time, does not understand bindings of contracts for flight crew accommodations.

    Lovely, quiet, very chill. The remodel was a pleasant surprise, with more gathering space. Pet friendly. Miss the little coffee shop in the lobby though.

    I was thrilled to find a nice hotel downtown, mid week, for less than $200. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk attendant, who was happy to address our every need. Made sure we got a room with little overhead traffic and noise as we requested. Asked us about parking. Informed us about breakfast, helped us feel comfortable and welcome. He was quite thorough and I especially noticed his positivity and professionalism. Wish I would have gotten his name, but we had had quite an exhausting day. We will definitely mark this one to go back to. Also if you have children, or just like ice cream, there’s an awesome ice cream maker in the snack bar area that I’ve never seen at a hotel before. They’ve got fun flavors and toppings. It’s an older property that has been updated. It’s quite comfortable. You won’t regret trying The 43.
