  Great location. Other than that, not worth the cost. Small rooms, shower has a 1/2 immovable door only so water gets on the floor. Staff good. Nice decor. Clean. I don't think the "boutique" experience is for us. Chandler's restaurant pricey but food and service were excellent.

  Our suite was amazing - one of nicest hotel rooms we've ever had! Spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved having 2 bathrooms and a huge whirlpool soaking tub. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Self parking in the garage attached to the hotel was very easy and convenient. We were sorry to leave and we would stay again without hesitation!!!

  We were passing through Boise and stayed here because of the location and value. It was very quiet. The room and bathroom was adequate. The continental breakfast is nice. Service was excellent. The steakhouse next door was amazing.

  Good location with easy access to downtown. AC fan was quite noisy and kept waking us up while it came on. Our bed had some hairs from not a good wash, past guest or housekeeper did not change out the bed sheets. Luckily, the room came with two beds and the other was clean. The pillow was quite hard, and the continental breakfast had limited choices.

  This was my second negative encounter with the same staff member, and the customer service was unacceptable. Despite having my insurance card, multiple IDs, and my virtual card available in the app, I was forced to call and request additional documentation that was not actually necessary. The issue was not the process — it was the way he handled it. He repeatedly dismissed me, spoke to me with an unprofessional tone, and then treated the next customer with noticeably different behavior. The contrast was concerning and felt discriminatory. After creating unnecessary delays, he initially stated I would need to pay $100, then charged only $1 for the exact same service. This inconsistency caused me to miss a work meeting, which is unacceptable given my company’s significant travel investment. I will not return to this location, and I strongly recommend leadership address this employee’s conduct.
