They do not dust whatsoever up high as my finger was caked with dust. The ground was gross and underneath the p-tac there was old cereal and crumbs. This hotel has potential but the rooms need more love. I would prefer if the manager reached out to me so i can show what needs improved. The hotel is in a great location right off the freeway and by a gas station and food which was nice.

The gentleman I spoke to (at the location, as I verified that) said that should not be a problem but at the worst case there would be an hour wait. When she got there they told her an hour and it was 3 hours later that they finally gave a room and then the room was so dirty. I took pictures and showed the front desk and they said "oh sorry". My parents were in another room and they told them their room was ready but it really wasnt as they had cleaned the wrong room so they had to wait an additional 30 mins longer. The staff kept saying they cant help was central reservations said, BUT I 100% spoke to a man at their front desk as reservations transferred me. I just felt like the customer service was awful here. I will not be back and I stay at Holiday Inn's many times and have never had this!
