I tried to use the phone to call the front desk to see if someone could help me and of course the phone didn’t work either, so I had to wake up my baby to go downstairs to ask the front desk if they are having service issues. He said no so he followed me up to my room and attempted to fix my TV for a half hour and with no luck. So here I sit in an overpriced motel room with no TV so I’m writting this review instead. Not impressed that I was never offered to move rooms and no discount.

She began the call by explaining how she had done nothing wrong and there was nothing wrong with what experienced. She interrupted me multiple times. I did use the word bullshit AS DID SHE. If there is a recording of the call, I recommend you listen to it so you can know what your guests are experiencing. The fact that you have refused to discuss what I experienced at your property suggests you either don't want to know or just don't care what your guests experience.
