They billed me a 'resort fee' of $14.95 per day when I was told the card I gave them was only being used for incidentals. When I called to dispute the charge, Tia said she clicked the wrong button and she will refund me. Not a good excuse, how many people overlooked the charges???

Once in our room we discovered it reeked of vomit and sanitizer. I have perfume allergies and it was bad. We went to the front desk to ask for another room and there was a woman in front of me complaining about the same thing in her room. I found the desk clerk a bit gruff about it. Got another room. The carpets sure could stand to be cleaned! The breakfast made it bearable. Good breakfast. Bonus, no TV on in the breakfast area.
