  Very close to airport, pretty close to everything else. Super welcoming staff. Room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again! Only 4 stars because the room was super hot (85) on a warm fall day.

  Tim, your account below of my conversation with your AGM does not reflect what happened on the call. She began the call by explaining how she had done nothing wrong and there was nothing wrong with what experienced. She interrupted me multiple times. I did use the word bullshit AS DID SHE. If there is a recording of the call, I recommend you listen to it so you can know what your guests are experiencing. The fact that you have refused to discuss what I experienced at your property suggests you either don't want to know or just don't care what your guests experience. Please know that if either you or Lyzzi had gotten back to me quickly, started with apologizing, and listened to what it was actually like to show up to a missing, then cancelled, then walked reservation that the clerk could not change back to your original hotel even though there was a room for you, only to be charged more than the cost of your original reservation for a lesser property that under corporate policy you shouldn’t have been charged for at all, we could have avoided all of this. I really wasn’t asking for much here. Sadly, what you chose to provide was even less. Rooms: 1

  Very clean and updated property. Located near Boise airport, this hotel will be a solid choice for convention and corporate travel.

  This was my family's first hotel to stay at during our 2 week road trip. Great hotel. Clean rooms, good pool and hot tub (always a kid favorite), and the fitness room had rather new equipment. The only thing that was uncharacteristic was this location charges for breakfast. I am so used to Holiday Inn Express having free breakfast. This location charges $13 pp. Granted, looking at my reservation after I learned that, it was stated. I just made the assumption. Otherwise, a great location.

  It was a great stay all up till my AirPods were stolen out of my room. And I will say the way they handled it was a 10/10 gave them the address it appeared at they cross reference it and found the employee got me my headphones back and in the mail the next day. And they did tell me that employee no longer works there. I understand this is just a risk you take staying in a hotel but cause how they handled it and how quickly they did i still give them a highly recommendations.
