  Traveling across the country. I am a loyal customer of IHG and this property did not meet any of my expectations of the brand. The app said that this hotel was "renovated". If that's the case, they really missed the mark. It was dark and dirty. The bar is at the entrance. The customers of the bar are staring at the customers checking in the hotel. The tables were covered by beer bottles. The gentleman checking us in had only been there two days. He was not receiving any help from the person "training" him. The bathroom did not look clean. The floor had spots? on it. ( Maybe, mortar from the tile job?) There was also hair in the floor and in the tub. The toilet seat screw covers were missing and the tank cover was turned the wrong way. Not a terrible thing but just weird. I know this is being picky but this is the second "renovated" IHG I have been in the last two weeks that the bathroom door looks like a cat had been scratching the bottom of it. When they renovate, someone needs to look at the back of the bathroom door and then add a little paint to cover the scratches Carpet had trash on it that could have easily been vacuumed but wasn't. Lastly, the ice machine had black and brown slime in it. (Wish I would have taken a picture).

  Wi-fi constantly boots you off. Breakfast is $13 every day. They sell dasani toilet water. Wasted space in the room. No way to cook my own food because we move around a lot for work. Not a fan.

  The location of holiday inn is very convenient that only spent 10 min you can not only arrive airport but also to downtown! The dinner also nice to try if you don’t want to go outside. The hotel staff are really nice that always service our request. I will choose this hotel if come to Boise again

  This hotel is not nearly as good as it once was. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms have become inconsistent, and you never know what kind of room you will receive. In the past, the experience was reliable and predictable, but that is no longer the case. During this stay, I encountered multiple unacceptable issues, including urine stains around the toilet, towels with visible holes, hair left behind by a previous guest, and a room phone that does not connect to any department in the hotel, including the front desk. It raises the question of what purpose the phone serves if guests cannot use it to contact hotel staff. What was even more disappointing was the lack of response from the front desk when I reported these concerns. The staff member I spoke with appeared completely uninterested in addressing the issues and offered no meaningful assistance. There was no sense of urgency, concern, or commitment to guest satisfaction. Furthermore, I received a text message from the hotel asking about my stay. I took the time to respond and clearly outlined the concerns I was experiencing. However, I never received any acknowledgment or follow-up. If guest feedback submitted through these messages is not monitored or addressed, it is difficult to understand their purpose. Requesting feedback without any intention of responding to or resolving concerns only adds to the frustration and leaves guests feeling ignored. I have included photographs for reference. It is difficult to believe that this is a Holiday Inn property. The overall condition, cleanliness, and level of service felt far closer to a budget motel experience than what I have come to expect from this brand. This stay was extremely disappointing, and unless significant improvements are made, I would have serious reservations about returning or recommending this hotel to others. Staying here feels like a gamble. You may receive a clean, well-maintained room, or you may encounter the issues I experienced. Given the rates being charged, guests should not have to hope for an acceptable room. If you end up paying premium prices for a disappointing experience, consider this review a cautionary warning.
