- SGSteven GeistApr 14, 20261.0Things here during this stay are not good. The desk clerk Joyce was acting extremely wired and talking 90 miles an hour during check in. We reserved a queen bed on line but was given 2 twin beds instead. I also observed Joyce sleeping in the back room three times within an hour and a half. I walked up to the front counter and she was sitting in the chair inthe back room sleeping. Only when we opended the door to the beverage fridge was when she opended her eyes, stood up and then struggled to give me change for the milk we purchased. Later that evening while leaving my room I see her in the hall , and she makes a face at me and walks off. We won't be back here. I expect clerks to be kind, professional and respectful. You won't get those if you stay here. When you have a good priced room you will pay for it in other ways.

My fridge stopped working and they went above and beyond to fix the issue and even went shopping and replaced the food we had bought that got defrosted ! Clean hotel very comfortable and the service from the people that work here is incredible I'm so grateful for them! They went above and beyond to rectify the issue we did have! We love candlewood ! They're def our fav place to stay in Boise! Both locations are amazing! Huge shout out to frank! Y'all made our stay wonderful 👍
