- JMJonathan Mendoza6 days ago5.0I’m stayed at this hotel three times. In the three times I’ve stayed at this hotel service has always been beautiful. Especially the staff very friendly. Darla I met on my second stay was helpful with some transportation information and while Shirley though I never met her just from booking my recent stay on the phone honored my request to have my room close to the pool. And I got it and so warm throughout booking process. Says a lot of this hotel and service provided. Very reasonable affordable. Depends on there season. The rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable and of course the great part of this hotel is close to the airport and the breakfast they serve in the morning is great. No complaints. I look forward to my next stay the next time im in Boise. Totally recommend

- JJJulie JacksonJun 21, 20262.0Sad start. No elevators, which is hard for elders with a lot of things we can't leave in the car. Didn't use breakfast because the room smelled like bacon that was a couple days out of date. The hall/atrium was muggy in the morning, even though it was nicely cool outside; and again, muggy wasn't fun with having to haul things back down the stairs. Looking for a different place for the return trip. Oh, and no microwave in room. Had to go downstairs to heat soup in the breakfast room and slosh back up and to the other end of the building.

But this place has lost my interest in the slightest. Put microwaves In every room and the house keepers do not clean well here so be careful. Cleanliness 👎
