  Came in early, Parker was extremely helpful with all my questions and requests and was extremely informative for the area and hotel. On top of that the rooms were in excellent condition and were incredibly clean. I’d rate this higher if I could

  Super easy. Didn't have to talk to anybody. Seems like the best place to stay for my early AM appointment at st Alphonsus as it's really close.

  Very cool hotel with a lot of special touches blended with smart finishes to keep the prices down. Parking appeared a bit difficult at first, but I found a spot once I got out and scouted it out a bit. The room had a lot of upgraded features and fixtures with a huge TV and a comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were very nice. My only complaint is that the towels were like sandpaper. I like what they are trying to do here. They seem to be really making an effort. Check in is contactless which will be great but still had a few kinks. I initially didn’t get the email with my room code, but i called the number and it was sent immediately. Also, I booked this on the road through Airbnb and after I paid and thought i was good to go, I hit the road, but then was sent an email saying they needed me to fill out some more info before everything was final. This was an issue for me because I was driving on the highway. Small complaints, but overall a very nice stay.

  Dirty rooms. First room had hair in the bed and the toilet was gross as well. The floors hadn't been clean. Don't think we'll be back

  The location is perfect. Their rooms are gorgeous. The contactless check-in/out is flawless. This place is truly a hidden gem.
