  We had an Excellent time! The contactless check in and out was a refreshing surprise and even more so was the GIANT chess game in the central yard. Next to comfy chairs and a fire pit. We had so much fun.

  We watched as the Arcadia was being renovated and we were so thrilled to see it given new life. When we unexpectedly needed a hotel room at the last minute we were able to book a room. It was very clean, affordable and a pleasant place to stay. The location is ideal.

  Great over all experience. The room was super clean thanks to Brooke, did an amazing job. We'll definitely be back.

  Floor was filthy. Found hair in the shower. Location was great with plenty of places within walking distance.

  Stayed for a couple of nights. I arrived late and there was some issue with booking, but the woman who helped me was personable and was determined to help me at midnight. I wear flip flops a lot. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, I am wearing them. Working in the garden, yard work, and random outdoor activities. Needless to say, my feet are always dirty afterwards. Manageable dirty. Nothing a pumice stone and a nail brush can't remove. I got to my room, exhausted, washed my feet before I climbed in the bed, because I knew they were awful, then slept. Following morning, took a shower, got dressed and left. Begrudgingly, I'm wearing regular worky, closed-toed shoes. 9 hours later, get back to my room at Arcadia, took off my shoes and wandered around the room, packing up my items. I had stepped on something and when I went to remove it from the bottom of my foot, I noticed that it looked like I had been walking through tar, for several days! . The bottom of my feet are so disgusting, as if I hadn't cleaned them in weeks! I was curious, so I wet down one of their wash clothes, folded it in 1/4 and went around the room, to inconspicuous spaces that I knew I hadn't stepped, including under the lightweight sofa table and 2 lb luggage rack andwiped the floor. I then went to a couple of places by the window and sides of the bed. The wash cloth is black with dirt and just downright disgusting...although they are a lot cleaner than my feet! If you can imagine that! It didn't matter where I wiped, the entire floor is covered in dirt!...and it's apparent they haven't been cleaned in some time. I didn't expect that from this new and updated establishment. Threw me off.
