  Called ahead before booking, pool was open. Showed up, get checked in, and pool is down. Waited all night, and morning, pool finally opened when we were checking out. We live 50 minutes away. Only got a room for the pool(last getaway for kids before school started). Room rate for that night was like 240. What a joke. Hoping there is some recourse for ruining the weekend.

  Booked a 2 queen bed room and was told the manager changed us to a one king room with a pull out sofa bed with no warning. Plenty of nice hotels in the area to stay at besides this one.

  Got to our room thought there was little kids in the hallway for a long period of time went to go see why they were screaming and being so loud out there for so long but found out it’s the noise through our conjoining room door. you can hear everything called the front desk said they have no other rooms we can leave and get a refund at 730 at night to try and find another hotel this should have never even been an option for people to stay next to people they don’t know when they know their door is paper thin very disappointing

  One of the best IHG properties I stayed in during my 2.5 week road trip. Excellent location, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The best bed and linens! A little noisy.

  THIS HOTEL IS CHRONICALLY OUT OF TOWELS. We checked in and there's only one towel for our double room with 4 people. Went down to the lobby and they said we had to get towels from the pool area. The next morning we went to the pool area and it's also out of towels. We went to the front desk and they said to use our room towels. Everyone else in the hotel is having the same issue. The front desk always says "towels are in the dryer" but they can't tell us when they'll be ready. It's become the butt of our jokes but it's not really funny. MANAGER- don't respond to my review with a canned apology, send somebody over to Walmart with a credit card and buy some more dang towels. This is hotel 101!
