  Would be five stars but the elevator was broken (wasn't informed when booking just a few hours before arriving - but they offered a refund for those unable to use the stairs) and it was confusing to get to with the road work right out front. Breakfast was great and covered all the bases. Bed was clean and comfortable and the AC worked well. If there were upstairs neighbors we couldn't hear them. Pool looked nice.

  Worst HI Express I’ve ever stayed (road closure and elevator not working) and I have been staying with IHG as a Platinum member. The reception (Billy) doesn’t even have sympathy and told me to either stay at the fourth floor (I have a couple luggages with 3 kids) or get a refund (as if I could get any IHG nearby this minute). Call out IHG, is that how you treat your loyal Platinum member. I guess I need to think my affiliation with IHG.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was gloriously comfortable after an 18hr traveling day. Place was quiet, but still kid friendly. Elevator was broken; however, that didn’t bother us as our room was near, they discounted our bill and we can alway use the extra steps. 🤣 It was too hot outside, yet the room a/c never let us down. Carpets could use a good cleaning, but other than that we had no issues (manage your expectations: this isn’t a brand new, flashy Las Vegas Hotel —it’s an EXPRESS Holiday Inn Lol). p.s. no issues with shower drainage during any of our four back 2 back showers.

  We stayed 2 days, as a family of 4, to go to the lost island waterpark and themepark. We loved how close it was to the hotel as we could come and go easily. There was construction right in front of the hotel, but out of the hotel's control. The hotel was better than I expected to be honest. We didn't have much staff interaction besides at breakfast. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was there constantly refilling! We usually bring our own pillows as hotel's pillow quality has gone down it seems, but we didn't even need to use ours! Overall, the rooms were nice and clean. Very happy with our stay!
