  Solid hotel for our visit to Waterloo. Location is good right next to the river and restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious but bare. No carpeting, sparsely furnished. Had a full kitchen but literally just two cups and forks. Pool area is really nice. Breakfast was pretty solid. I’d be back if needed.

  We got a suite, room was very nice, breakfast in the morning was good but you have to eat it in the breakfast area and there are signs saying you can’t leave with food which is weird to me and frustrating if you want to feed your small kids in your room. Restaurant on site with to go food, and drinks. Hotel has a very downtown vibe and feel. Parking was $5 to park in the parking garage which wasn’t packed but kind of a hassle with small kids as it was a bit of a walk. Pool was also super nice!

  Very friendly staff. Parking garage was close and easy to get ticket validated.

  If you pre pay at this hotel please review your bank account afterwards. I was charged again for the full price of my room and not refunded the incidental fee. Both were refunded after contacting hotel management.

  I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel a little smelly, but i could deal it. The thing i could not deal with the shower had a slow drain. My feet were sitting in the standing water. My son had to take a shower, but he doesnt have great balance so i feared he fall. I asked for a new room, but they were booked. I asked for a refund, but the manager could not be reached until the next day. I had to call at least 4 times and finally got to talk to the general manager. I started calling 10:30pm with no resolution so at 130am left and drove back home. They did offer to bring me a plunger. Then hour later they could contact maintence person. Since it was already close to 115am, i didnt want to wait until the issie was fixed because the time was uncertain. Our trip was already ruined because were going to be so tired to following day. However, this maybe an isolated situation, but it made my trip bad.
