- BHBreann HouseholderSep 27, 20261.0The room was disgusting when we checked in. Housekeeping didn’t change the sheets or clean the bathroom between guests. There was hair from the last guests both on the bedding AND in the bathtub. Front desk was rude and refused to switch us rooms. They only gave us new bedding that we had to change ourselves. Only book here if you’re fine spending $200 just to play housekeeping for free.

- AKAndrew KrauseAug 28, 20265.0This is probably the comfiest "standard" hotel I have stayed at in the last two years. (Was in the area visiting friends for the weekend.) The hotel and room were exceptionally clean, and everything felt fresh. The bed even had a mattress encasement on it for extra peace of mind (rare). There were also a lot of nice features in the room, like a towel rack below the sink, a chaise lounge, ample lighting, great ventilation in the bathroom, and a dedicated place to put your keys - very ergonomic and well thought-out. I especially enjoyed the pool area, which was also very well ventilated and clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time - perfectly crispy bacon, delicious omelets, a neat pancake machine, and a touchscreen coffee maker that actually grinds the beans on demand. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!
