- CRchristian Romero2 days ago1.0Dont stay here. I had a reservatjon and my dates changed. I tried to extend the days i was there and the confirmed the change, they just told me to goto the front desk in the morning for a new key. That morning they just told me they were sold out and no body did the reservation. I had to take my stuff and leave. Sadly all the food i had went to waste because i couldnt find it a place while i was at work. Im pretty sure nothing like this would have happened in a Marriot or Hilton. If this happened to us for a company with several rooms, imagine the average guy.

However, at this specific property, housekeeping services are provided on a weekly basis. While I generally find this frequency acceptable, it presented a challenge given my extended stay of three to six months and the provision of only two days' worth of towels. I approached the front desk and spoke with Melissa, who attentively listened to my concerns and promptly offered a satisfactory resolution. Her professional demeanor and pleasant disposition were commendable, and I did not need to follow up on the matter. I believe her exceptional customer service skills would be a valuable asset across all Staybridge Suites locations I frequent. ⚘️
