Don't ask at check in or make you sign anything, but then charge your card $75...then change it to $100. No receipt provided until I called. Beware!

Comfortable check-in was great friendly. Check out not even a good morning. They were trying to do a transition.I know, but I was still trying to check out.So I just put my keys on the counter and left and said, have a nice day.And then I got one back

If you ever wanted to have a few people in your room to celebrate, as we frequently do when we go back home, theres no room or comfort for it. And no, not partying, maybe just have a few family come by for part of the day. You could literally touch the TV from the bed. Bed was not remotely comfortable. Not 100percent awful. Just not cozy. Now..the part that has me deciding to never stay there again: They have communal shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash in the bathroom! Pump bottles for everyone to use. Thats gookin DISGUSTING and its pretty clear one can open the dispenser with no effort anf tamper with the product. Whomever thought this was good is an idiot. Coulda been soap dispensers like they have in bathrooms everywhere...NOPE, they went with COMMUNAL products. I dont even share bottles with my kids!! Patently stupid choice on their part. And thw breakfast...well it was okish. The cereal was stale. Wouldnt even come out of the container. Food was served in the lobby, no dedicated dining area. There was no waffle bar which isnt much to ask, folks. Just eggs and sausage, not even bacon. Quite underwhelming. Overall I was reasonably satisfied with my short stay. But that was a 65 dollar stay not a 130 dollar stay!
