- SBSteve Burchill2 days ago4.0We had confirmation email on dates, location, and pricing....only to find out when we arrived, they gave our room away. Managers would not talk to us or solve the issue. UPDATE: I spoke with the head person in charge...not a manager and not a person behind the desk. I wrote wrote an email and didn't expect a response, HE CALLED ME BACK! Steve and I had a heated, but logical and rational conversation. While I (being stubborn and slightly emotional about the situation) found a solution for my 1st night. Steve and Holiday Inn were very accommodating, understanding, and great to work with. It was an unfortunate circumstance, that we all learned from, got better from, and can move past. I am happy to be a patron and will surely be recommending the hotel. By the way, it might be one of the cleanest hotels in the area! Way better than last nights stay! Thank you Steve @ Holiday Inn (Marion).
- LALisa AschemanJun 28, 20261.0The room was dirty, over priced, the shower drain wouldn't go down, the bed was uncomfortable, the staff was not welcoming, we had to wait to check in at 10:30pm because no one was at the desk, breakfast was horrible and we are IHG members who stay at a lot of Holiday Inns who will never stay at this hotel ever again.

- SWSara WentzelApr 18, 20265.0Steve, Jezel and the team are so wonderfully friendly and helpful! Good breakfast fully stocked, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms, good showers, and convenient location. Our room ceiling did have a strange mark on it near the smoke detector, but that’s minor.
