The property and staff were great! Breakfast...not so much 😔 Scrambled eggs and waffles along with some muffins and cereal - no meat option (bacon, sausage) and no potatoes or anything either. Breakfast wasn't bad...but other hotels with free breakfast usually have more options. The rooms were clean, the lobby looked amazing and the location is nice and quiet with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby.

Pros: Hotel is new and clean. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Cons: Outlets by bed stand shut off with the light switch, so when you plug in your cell phones to charge overnight and shut off the lights, you are unaware that your phone will be dead the next morning. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom in a 4 person room. 4 showers and no where for the humidity to go. The hotel is 4 floors, and the elevator takes longer than a 20 story hotel. You are better off using the stairs bed you will be waiting for at least 5 minutes for the only elevator. Elevator actually completely broke down one of the days. Washer and Dryer not in working condition. Housekeeping entered the room in the afternoon despite the "do not disturb" sign hanging on door.

because this hotel was just built a few years ago it is immaculately clean, and I must say that the Staff takes cleanliness very seriously! They are also extremely helpful. If there is anything that they can help you out with that they can help you with they will! The pool is extremely clean and the maintenance man told us that they check it every single hour! The hot tub is definitely hot enough, but the Jetters need to come on a little bit more quickly. But very clean as I said. The only thing I would recommend is that if you want a very quiet experience and you are going to be staying from Thursday through Sunday, request a room on the top floor at the end of the hallway. They really should make a point of booking their baseball troops, dance competition kids, and anybody with large groups, families and children on the first floor and on the second floor only. That way you're reserving your top floor for people who want a more quiet experience. Otherwise you're going to feel like you're sleeping in the middle of Six Flags. But the children and the families are very nice and they did say to us that if they were too loud to just poke our head out the door. They went to bed at a normal hour, but my husband and I like to fall asleep around 9:30 as do seniors. Lol. But we remember what it's like to be that age so we were flexible. Otherwise an amazing experience really. There's an amazing restaurant right next to the hotel called Zeke's. They have a rooftop restaurant and bar and their food is absolutely out of this world! Also, there is a very cute wine bar that is next-door to that and the entire area is very conducive to having either a romantic hotel experience or a nice time with your family. It is more expensive than other hotels in the area for sure but as you probably well know if you've read this far that you get what you pay for. And we certainly did do that. They also accept pets and our little terrier Millie had a wonderful time. Five stars people! Keep up the great work!

I enjoyed a fantastic stay while I was in Johnston for work. The staff was very friendly. I was impressed with the large clean room and bathroom. The pool, hot tub, and workout room was great. They even have an EV charging station for my Tesla. The best part is the fact that I used my airpods and accidentally left them on the bed (white on white it was hard to notice) and I called a day later and housekeeping turned them in to the front desk. I was super impressed. I will be back and stay here every time I am down here for work.

We had 2 Rooms that were paid through Expedia as a benefit from walmaert plus. I was paying f or my son's room as a birthday gift. He got to the motel 1st and the clerk required his card and charged it for the total cost, which i had already paid online. We spoke to her about it and she said they would fix it in the morning at check out because nobody's card would be charged until we check out. My son told me he would stay another night if they could apply that over payment to pay for it. So I stopped at the front desk after breakfast and a very busy gentleman said he didn't know anything about it (overcharged) and to stop back. I said we wanted my sons room an additional night if possible, but if nothing else we would need a little extra time/late check out. He was short with me and said hed look into it and come back. I went upstairs and finished packing up my room. At 1045 I went back down to find out if he was able to help us. He said there's nothing he can do- his boss is on vacation and hes not calling back. And no vacancy for tonight. I said late check out then? He smiled and said no. Housekeeping is too busy and there's no late check out. I started getting upset and told him I needed them to put the money back on my son's card because it never should have came off and he needs to find a different motel and needs the money to do that since you can't apply it to another night there? He said nothing he can do and walking away I said you need to figure something out and he walked behind the wall and told whoever was there "she gettin on my nerves. She's driving ne crazy.". I yelled im getting on your nerves because you double charged me? That's bullshit. And I was crying and upset. A very nice woman came out and asked what was wrong. I told her what he just said about me and about double charges and that he couldn't even let us check out a little late. (He had said we've had a stressful day around here today, too to which I replied my day was fine
