  This has got to be the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. They had to move us from the first room because the ceiling was literally falling down over the bed. The second room smelled like mold so bad my nose hurt. Not clean. Do not recommend this at all. The only good part is the staff are outstandingly fabulous, too bad they're in such a crappy Hotel

  They have a construction crew staying at this hotel for a month. If you stay here ask for a room above and away where their rooms are due to the noise. To be clear there is no construction going on at the hotel, the crew is staying at the hotel. The crew is constantly going in and out of exterior doorways and the doors are loud. There is lot of loud banging exterior doors and if you are in the rooms near the stairwell exit doors your room will literally vibrate each time from the force of the door closing. The check in staff needs customer service training and use better situational awareness when assigning room locations. The check in staff on Sunday evening was unpleasant and unprofessional. I am a IHG member and I won’t be staying at this hotel again. You couldn’t pay me enough to do so.

  I would like to state i stay in IHG and Marriott hotels often, about 10-15 nights a month all over the country. For this specific hotel I had to wear shoes in my room 100% of the time. The floor is literally sticky it is so dirty and I keep getting a bad sour foot odor from the carpet too. The tiles in the bathroom are cracked and grout is missing. I could feel the tiles under my feet move. Until this hotel gets a serious overhaul I don't think I'll stay here again. Unfortunately, the other hotel i stay at in dubuque when I visit was full.

  I booked a room at this location 8-14-26. I’ve stayed in several holiday inn express locations across the Midwest.Bathroom floor was filthy and sticky. Carpet throughout hotel was filthy.Dust everywhere. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel so gross.I immediately asked for a refund and checked out. Luckily they did refund my money.They also jacked up the price of the room to 360$ because of a baseball game. Don’t waste your money stay somewhere else.
