- JJJosh Johnson5 days ago1.0The rooms have the wet smell in it. Looks like they have not dusted and cleaned the rooms thoroughly since they opened the place. I had to go buy a fan because it smelled so bad and because the ac stopped working. I want my money back for sure.
- GGGiraffe On GoogleSep 27, 20265.0Our stay overall was nice. The first lady we encountered at check in was rude. Later on we got to meet the bartender and she was very kind and accommodating. She really saved the day and she deserves a raise! Room we stayed in was very clean and the pool was great for my kids. The parking was difficult because you had to park across the street.

The underground parking garage is blocked off so everyone must park far away and walk to the hotel,including handicapped people! As sheets were dirty. Going to call IHG rewards to inform them of their issues!

Smelled like people had been smoking and of mildew. Definitely would not be staying here again. We did tell the woman at the front desk and she didn't say a thing.
- JBJulie BartachekSep 13, 20263.0Well it was a bit on the Pricey side, my biggest negatives were that the main entrance was barricaded off, it looked like they were going to redo it but found out it has been like this for close to a year, my husband is handicapped & thus we parked over a block away which made it very hard to get luggage etc. Into the Hotel. The amenities showed a Breakfast every morning but they didn't mention that this cost extra. The stay was already expensive so this was maddening, other guests mentioned this also. The rooms were clean & comfortable but really need an updating it was like a 80's movie! I probably will not be staying here again. When you hear the name Holiday Inn you think of a nice place to stay this was not what you expect from a well known brand such as Holiday Inn.
