  Parking is messed up in May 2026 because of construction. Don't book till its resolved

  Disappointing. They advertise 2 restaurants and a Bar. 1 restaurant seems long term shut and the the other restaurant is the bar. It was closed on 2 of my 3 nights there. Worse, not even a breakfast service for 2 of my 3 nights. Not what I expect from a full service hotel.

  Good location, but poor quality of room and it's seems all outdated , not worth it's money. I was at the reception and talking to lady at front desk , in main time staff from main office talked so loud I can't even hear myself. Coffee machine is in the room but no water to make it.

  I felt horrible for the staff as there were several sports teams staying the weekend. You aren’t able to control the temperature of your room they did provide a complimentary box fan and tell you to open the window. No fault to the staff that the whole unit is broken. You also have to park half a mile away which if you have a handicap person no way for them to even get into the hotel. The staff were very nice though.

  During a call (on 4/29/26 in the evening) to this hotel to inquire about availability, the young female attendant was curt, short, condescending in her attitude over the phone. When asking her to speak more clearly (due to my hearing problem) she responded in an angry voice “I AM SPEAKING CLEARLY”. Her attitude with customers speaks VOLUMES about the operation of this place…I’ll never book here!
