  Somewhat of a unicorn...the internet says there are only a handful of Holidomes left that are still in operation and this one checks all the boxes on the nostalgia factor. Large central dome, with a large pool and hot tub and several levels or areas for large groups, family reunions, etc. There is a restaurant inside the holidome that is surprisingly good and also serves as mini-convenience store (pop, candy, chips, etc). As for rooms, there are options facing into the Holidome as well as on the outer ring of the hotel, if you want something quieter. The rooms are spacious, with a smaller bathroom, but everything was clean and well maintained. Large mini-fridge and microwave in the room. TV had a good variety of channels, including HBO. Room HVAC was built into the wall, instead of the noisier version mounted below the window that you usually see. Lots of hot water in the shower. Lots of parking in the attached lot and there are doors to access the building close to your room. Check-in was smooth. No free breakfast that I could see, but you can eat at the restaurant in the Holidome. If I was in the area and could get a room here, this would be the first place I'd look. It's unique in a way that most hotels now are not and that makes it kinda fun.

  We stayed here for a couple days at the end of February for an event. The check-in was very smooth. Even though the elevators were kind of slow, it got the job done. I ordered a ribeye steak and it was the best steak I've ever had!! The breakfast every morning was also very good!! We love staying here and can't wait for next year!!!

  This property is the absolute epitome to f a “diamond in the rough”. The rooms are nice enough. Above average, not super nice but appropriate for the rate / area I’d say. Very comfortable bed. Shower was AMAZING. Water pressure / shower head was excellent. Height on the head was perfect as well for a tall guy like myself and is fully adjustable. Shower curtain was awesome because it had a transparent section at eye level which lets light in and with the mirror etc it makes the bathroom / shower feel much bigger while you’re in there. Also the water heats up very quickly. The pool is awesome. Basketball hoop is too high. Table tennis and lounge area is cool. Bar/grill overlooking pool/lounge area is awesome. Staff is friendly. Spa absolutely needs a renovation. One of the few disappointments of our stay. You couldn’t pay me to go in that again. It’s like being in a shopping center fountain and it wasn’t even hot. It was marked out of order of the following morning. Would stay again :-) The Jacuzzi absolutely needs a renovation. It was by far the biggest of a few disappointments. It was absolutely disgusting and felt like being in a shopping center fountain. It wasn’t hot and was marked out of order the following morning when we checked out. It also is directly up against the wall, which is shared with the bathrooms, which we found to be a little unsettling on top of all the other issues. ING or whoever owns this particular property in the hotel group needs to dump some money into it. We loved our stay but would he hesitate to come back because it was that bad. We couldn’t get in the shower and clean ourselves fast enough after getting out of that nasty thing.
