They sent the shuttle to pick us up at the airport, gave us a great dinner recommendation and then shuttled us over to dinner and picked us up. If I’m ever back in this area I’d definitely stay here again!

They have posted that the court yard is closed at 10pm daily.had to call main desk friday night around 1030 to get them to remove all the noise. Then saturday night called from 1030 to 1230am to remove noise and wasn't done. At one point my wife got up and dressed and went to front counter around 1130pm. Was told they where busy with another emergency and never got to courtyard to reduce noise. Room service never cleaned our room on saturday. Had to go to front desk for more towels. Was there for convention and they said they where having issues with ac in building. Was over 80 degrees in meeting room saturday afternoon. Was just problem after problem all weekend. Have stayed here before and had none of these issues. Not sure what's going one but it is not good!!!
