- CAChristine Anderson1 day ago1.0This hotel needs a gut remodel. I am very disappointed with our stay. I had to strip and make both beds because the sheets hadn't been changed and had dog hair and worse on the comforter. They didn't offer anything for my inconvenience and the GM has yet to call me back. I've never encountered this issue and travel frequently and typically enjoy Staybridge Suites. This one is tired - very banged up and needs refreshed. I won't be back.

Also they don't have more room with 2 queen size beds when we requested them. We stayed here for kids soccer tournament, and one of our team mate family booked hotel room outside of tournament to get 2 queen bed. But when they arrived hotel front desk said they don't have any more 2 queen bed room even they booked and paid online in advance. So I would say its really not a good service. Only thing I like at this staybridge is Breakfast food.

I believe Staybridge mixed products because the brown liquid in the body wash container did not have the same texture or smell as at other hotels. Reusing the container with a different product is crazy, considering the customer now does not know the ingredients they are exposed to, and the fact that it was a gross-looking brown did not help. The sofa in the room had a visible stain, so I did not want to use it. There was also a crack in the bathroom tiles, which was more of a visual issue than anything else. The ice machine in the breakfast bar also seemed unclean. I would not stay there again.

Black mold & rust in the shower, filthy marked up walls, door trim hanging off, carpet ripped up, stinky dirty sheets and blankets for the pullout bed, then to top it off BLOOD on the pillow case. Also we booked a Studio Suite: Queen With Pullout…absolutely no way that was a queen bed, definitely a Full. Could not get out of this shithole fast enough. Yuck!
