  To get to the hotel its an odd street, however plenty of parking. Holds receptions so the grass area around hotel you have to watch your dogs. Im assuming drunk people trashed around the hotel, broken beer bottles, trash, food trash everywhere. But allows pets which was great. The man who works during the day has amazing customer service and when a night worker over charged us he was so quick to fix it and explain to me what had happened. House keepers are very good at checking if you need service and I've seen them work pretty late to get their jobs done. The breakfast has options of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and breakfast potatoes. Coffee and water available 24 hours a day. And I always see the maintenance man working hard. The hotel is an older hotel but you cant beat the price when the holiday inn across the way is double to triple the price. They have a gym available and indoor pool (no hot tub), their a pool table, a few arcade machines and a claw machine. Huge seating area by the pool and plenty of seating in the lobby. The breakfast is in their prairie grill and has plenty of seats as well.

  Booked this hotel for my wife 60th birthday because they advised rooms with a king size bed and juzzcu tub...we'll that's what we thought anyway, the picture on the website shows, just to find out..they don't have any, very misleading, room was clean, bed was ok pillows way to soft for my liking, they claim to have a pool but pump is broken, seems to be the same issue with hotels in Davenport, hotel in need of general maintenance upkeep, screens missing off of windows, lobby windows dirty, homeless people camping out in back parking lot after dark, I wouldn't stay here again, when looking for places to stay in the area please read reviews people !!!!

  The reviews here seem higher than expected, hotels.com show it as a 2.5 syar rating wich seems a bit more representative. Amenities: I have nothing bad to say about the large open room with the pool and small arcade, the Staff brought fresh warm towels and the pool is good size and was very clean. The buisness rental rooms all look very nice and the wooden patio in the center lacked some seating but was a peaceful spot to relax to for a minute. Full breakfast buffet with hot foods included. The resturant was listed as permanently closed. The workout room was a bit underwhelming but there was a cold water machine. Location: Be careful as the locals fly down the curvy road leading to and away from the hotel. - The menards next door sells enough items that anybody would probably need on vacation I never had to go to a dollar store or Walmart to get some shower supplies, lotions, medicine, and snacks. Its right on Brady and 3 minute drive to get to 53rd street wich seems to be the main road for everything in town and Brady leading to downtown Room: The room was spacious and the jacuzzi tub with 2 shower heads was convenient along with the half bathroom. The lighting in the bathrooms was nice as well. The room also had a microwave wich is rare in a lot of hotels. However, tiles were loose in the bathroom. I noticed walking to the pool that there was a ton of dust and dead flied on the window sill of the empty rooms. the corners and edges of the room were very dirty. Some of the furniture was missing legs. There were a lot of things unplugged and some of the lamps didn't work or were flickering, one light near the front door did not work and there were a few switches that seemd to do nothing. The phone had near 50ft of wire tossed in the corner of the room and the blankets were a little thin. Channel 2 will give you the guide for the TV Overall it worked fine as a place to sleep with a nice bathroom and amenities to use and a good location in the city.

  Very hard to get ahold of front desk. Called multiple times before arriving with no answer. Tried calling the front desk after arriving and had to try multiple times. Discrepancy on early check in fee, website said $15 and they told me $25 but they did honor the $15. I was given a hotel map at check in with instructions on the easiest way to get to my room which was very helpful. Other hotel info was also pointed out on the paper. Front desk was very helpful. The west entrance smells very strongly like a mix of ammonia and orange air fresher which was very unpleasant. Room was decently clean. They did a bad job on the floors, debris all around the edges and dead crickets. Since the rest of the room was clean I called and asked to have it swept. They came up wet mopped it, skipped every area I pointed out and just shoved the dead bug into the closet corner. Then rinsed the mop out in my sink and didn’t rinse out the sink which was now full of debris. So they really need to improve on the floor cleaning. Bathroom was clean. Hair in the night stand and dresser drawers. Debris in the hallway floors. AC was cold, and cooled the room quickly. Half the bathroom lights were burnt out. First Bed was very firm, but the second was much better. Towels had seen better days. Only 3 bath towels and 2 wash clothes for a 4 occupancy room. Can’t say anything about breakfast as I had to leave before it started. Doubt I would stay again

  When we checked in we were given a room at the back of the property downstairs. The back entrance smelled of cat pee and was in need of vacuuming. The room smelled musty and the bed was damp. The room was full of mold and water stains on the ceiling. We called and asked to be moved to another room upstairs to get away from the smell of pot as well. Didn't want to ask for a refund and move to another hotel. I have found that usually doesn't go well. So we were asked if we had done anything to keep the hotel from renting it to another customer. I found that weird because no one should have to go into a room that full of filth and mold. The elevator had a old basement smell and also had some type of growth and filth in it. The pictures we took are of the second room which was better but in need of cleaning and also contained mold. We were tired so we settled in for a long night lol. We left early in the morning and decided to not even attempt to eat the complimentary breakfast. It's really unfortunate because it's a very large and unique property. The price was a little to good to be true. I would recommend somewhere else for a traveler. The pictures also show the water damage on the ceiling, toothpaste on a dirty faucet and dust on the closet.
