  Se reservo 2 noches en el hotel, se realizo en check-inn y el chech-out el primer dia, para la segunda noche no se permitió entrar porque no estaba la reservacion echa. Se realizo la llamada para la reclamación y aun asi no se resolvió nada 👎👎👎👎

  If you want clean, do not stay here. The bathroom had mold around the door because there was no exhaust Dan and the bathroom got very steamy even with just a warm shower! The handle to turn the shower on came out of the shower wall as it was not attached properly. At 8 am on Saturday morning (after arriving very late the night before) workers had the hallway carpet removed and decided it would be a great time to start scraping the cement for the new carpet. Then had a radio on, used the vacuum to suck up the stuff they were scraping off the floor and were yelling back and forth to each other down the hall. Called the front desk and it didn't change a thing. Still loud. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

  We showed up to the hotel, we got our room key, went upstairs, opened the door, and lo and behold - the room was 78 degrees. I was like, “Oh my gosh, is something going on?” The AC started running right as we walked in, so we just assumed maybe it had been turned off before we arrived. We thought, “All right, cool. We’ll turn the AC on, go grab some dinner, and when we come back, the room will be nice and cool.” Five hours later, we come back to the room. Still 78 degrees. I headed downstairs and told the receptionist, “Hey, is there something going on with our AC? We left it on while we were out at dinner, but when we came back, the room was still 78 degrees.” She said, “Oh yeah, it’s automatic. The AC turns on and off based on motion. If you’re in the room, it stays on, but when you leave, it turns off.” So I asked, “Does that mean when I’m asleep it’s going to turn off?” She said, “No, it should stay on because it senses that you’re still in the room.” First of all… that’s kind of creepy. Second, if you’re planning on coming back to a nice, cold hotel room after being out all day, just know that’s probably not happening. You’re going to walk into a miserable 78-degree room and then gradually cool down along with it. I think the location is great, and I think the staff are doing everything they can, so I really can’t hate on them. But, yo. At least let me have the AC. Cut corners somewhere else. Do not cut corners on the air conditioning. Plus you ain't even got hotel waffles. Major L.

  The room had exposed wiring by the A/C unit. Not very safe. One person at the front desk at check-in was too busy eating and bossing others around to help check people in. Easy on/off Interstate.

  Our entire stay was lovely from start to finish. From the smooth check in process and thoughtful room upgrade to the friendly staff, beautiful pool and hot tub area, and complimentary breakfast each morning, everything exceeded our expectations. Every employee we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful\. We especially loved the pool area, with the garage doors open to let in the fresh air and create such a fun, relaxing atmosphere while still enjoying the comforts of the hotel. We also appreciated that the breakfast offerings were slightly different each day, giving us something new to look forward to each morning. It was a wonderful touch and made our stay feel even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we truly enjoyed every part of our experience.We would happily stay here again!
