  Never got wrong with Holiday Inn. Always a good stay with fair price and good quality.

  We will DEFINITELY be staying there again! Beds were comfy, rooms were updated & clean, hallways were clean & AC worked great. The breakfast was AMAZING and they even had turkey sausage which for us not eating pork was a NICE surprise along with the pancake maker and the delicious coffee! Ashley working the breakfast area was always on it with cleaning & making sure everything was spotless & her conversation was great, she is such a sweet hard working mother and she alone gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The front office ladies also! The one lady who helped me sign up for the rewards program I didn't get her name but she was GREAT and so helpful! Parking lot was very nicely lit! Close to Quaker Steak & Lube which is a MUST go to! The only thing is if you want to do things in Omaha expect to drive a bit each time getting there and back but it was nice & we will do it again! I could keep going about this place but it was nicely updated & the best stay we have had!

  There was a long line at check in. It took forever to get our hotel room. We were exhausted and had to wait it was so disappointing. In the morning they ran out of food so we lost out on a great breakfast. That's something we look forward to. I won't pick this hotel again

  Holiday Inn was great. The interior looked clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is also very close to the Omaha Zoo, which made it a convenient place to stay. The only issue was that the key card sometimes did not work, possibly because they are renovating. Other than that, everything else was good, and we had a pleasant stay.

  My husband and I came for a weekend getaway and paid extra for a room with a jetted tub. The tub was unclean and the jets blew dirt bubbles in the water. We went that same night at check in to rectify the issue and we were told we would get a phone call between then and the morning about maintenance being done on the tub. We were also told that we would not receive housekeeping, because of our length of stay. The next morning, housekeeping came to our door and we turned them away because they asked if we wanted room service (didn’t want any additional charge) and apparently that was our “tub maintenance “. We then returned to the front desk to complain we had not received any information, and that staff member actually came and cleaned the tub for us herself. When we tried to use it later, the tub had the same issue, same dirt bubbles and dirt leaking into the water. We went straight back to the front desk where we were told we would be compensated. This morning at check out, the front desk told us there was nothing they could, because we turned away the solution (we were not told housekeeping was the solution) and we could only get $50 off for room service fee we didn’t even receive. The ladies at the front desk were slightly rude and offered no other option or anything. Very disappointed, what started off as a great weekend ended so gross.
