  Good service, the only problem is the they lied on their site. They do not have a hot tub and not to mention, but when I went down for breakfast, all they had to offer was 2 muffins and 3 slices of bread. Not very convenient and certainly not what I was promise.

  Weak or no internet signal in north-side rooms (I changed rooms 2 times during a 13-night stay, all had the same or new issue). The very old fridge and AC units constantly make noise and affect sleep quality. Also, 18-wheelers park on the north side overnight with engines running, making it difficult to sleep. My last room had a water leakage right above toilet seat and I found some ants hanging around bathtub and room floor. I would not recommend this place for long-term stays or for anyone needing reliable high-speed internet, which seems available only near the front office.

  Front office are rude and mean not great Next time be more kinder to your staff instead of being self centered

  Outdated. Fridge didn't work in room, called front desk and said there guy would repair/replace when he got back. 3.5 hours later maintenance knocked on door with replacement fridge. The guy replaced fridge and wanted to chat for evvvver.. had to listen to multiple life stories....... Not the cleanest place, but it did the job.

  As Best Western properties go, this place was over-the-top great. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast is unrivaled by any hotel. The breakfast choices were numerous from cold to hot, breads and muffins, and high quality fresh fruit. An attendant ensured constant cleanliness. All expectations were exceeded.
