Our room was very clean and the indoor pool was very nice. The only cons was the on shift manager was in the breakfast room talking very loudly on his phone eating also. Then when we went to check out he was missing. We waited 20 minutes even though there was a sign that said he’d be back in 5 minutes. We ended up leaving the key cards on the counter. Very unprofessional.

Hotel is dated. Room was very dark and there was old food on the floor with ants all over it. Bes was worn out on one side and made it so I kept almost falling off. The pool area was very warm and had a strange odor. When we went through the side door to where our room was there were people standing there with a strong smell of weed. I was staying with my three little kids. We got into town around 10pm for a one-night stay. I received an email about submitting a review directly to the hotel. When I brought up my concerns in the review, I was met with denial and rudeness with zero accountability. I was told if there were truly concerns, I should have brought them up. Again, I had three little kids and was just trying to get through the night without scaring them. I would tell anyone to avoid this hotel. I have had good luck at Best Western Hotels in the past, but that luck seems to have run out.

I booked and paid for this room in advance for my college kids traveling cross country to stop on their way to school. They had car trouble and called the hotel to say they were going to be arriving very late. The person they talked to gave them a hard time and said they wouldn't be able to get into the room after 3am despite that the room was already paid for so they hurried in a car that was struggling. That is crap service considering the room was paid for already. The only reason this isn't one star for that is that they did give them 2 hour later checkout without charging anything additional.

Dont even take a one night stand here🤣🤣🤣😂 Mannnn i wouldn't stay here if it were the last run down wannabe renovated motels in the bluffs. My outta town family came in for a concert and im ashamed to even let em in the room, the overwhelming middle eastern Cologne scent in "cleaned" rooms, hot and humid rooms on checkin for guests, good thing i came in to make sure it was up to snuff, cant rely on people now a days for a service, now a straight up in convenience, most people wanna use the tv for god knows what, try not mounting the devices on the back of dressers so things work?? Or maybe fully set things up and not halfass everything, yall make motels look bad. 🤷🤷🚮 Also, shut the damn dogs up. In public with other people trying to rest, your mutt doesn't need to be barking after 11pm. Be courteous for once. Or leave it at home🤷🤷

Zero stars. Absolutely zero. There is no reason for a two story hotel to not have an elevator or any kind. If we could have changed hotels, we would have, but a canceled flight meant every other location was full. In addition, the room we were originally booked was not cleaned before we arrived. There was trash all over the place, the beds were ruined, and it's clear they don't have any way of checking which rooms have and have not checked out, even if there's still a do not disturb hanger on it. I have never seen such atrocious accomodations in my entire life. The lack of ADA compliance ALONE should have the place shut down until Best Western can use some of their yearly proffits - god forbid they make even a cent less than the year before - and install an elevator. Do better. I'll think twice before ever booking with a BW ever again anywhere.
