- SCStaci Calhoun3 days ago1.0Air conditioner did not work. Called front desk was advised to just fiddle with it for awhile. Called an hour later still 79degrees in room. Te h came up and was very nice. Ac started. Went to bed and woke up to 78 degrees. Fiddled for a long while. Finally gave up and tossed and turned. When asked for a new room initially was informed they would have to try and find one.

The entire hotel was booked and the staff was working super hard to keep everyone happy. A young guy with glasses was running to all the rooms doing everything for everybody. Super friendly with our kids took a minute to stop and talk with him about our trip. Great stay.

I had one employee come up to my room to make sure that I got a message they felt I needed to have. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were very nice. And I loved that Bennigan is attached. I give it a 10 out of 10.
