- CJChianna JimenezAug 23, 20261.0We arrived late in the evening, and were provided keys to our first room. After checking in, we noticed that the sheets were stained horribly. We proceeded to call the front desk, and she was absolutely incredible. She offered to immediately move us to a new room, which we did. However, in the new room we went to adjust the air conditioner and the cover immediately fell from it and onto our feet. The front desk apologized and again offered to move us to another room, however we opted to change hotels entirely. I would not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone.
