- JWJake Wilson6 days ago4.0This hotel is above average, but still has some room for improvement. Rooms are clean and well laid about. Breakfast buffet was way better than I anticipated. Workout options are also sufficient, with nice long pool, free weights, and a cable machine. Biggest complaint was the bathroom. Water pressure was pitiful and the hot water was very scarce. Not fun paying as much as I did for the room to have a lukewarm warm shower. Would stay here again though.
- RDRobin DOct 6, 20265.0All front desk were kind and professional and extremely helpful. Food workers at breakfast were helpful and kept the dining area stocked and very clean. Housekeepers were courteous and offered to take a different trip on the elevator. When there were issues with an appliance on handyman's day off they moved us to a better room. Rooms and hallway were clean, no bugs or smells. Loved the main level lounge with fireplace. Dining room was nice with coffee and fruit bowls available all day.. Pool area was clean with clean towels stocked all day every day. Location not horrible, near restaurants and grocery stores. Just not great views. Near bike/ hiking trail. We did not encounter anything dirty and every single staff person treated us wonderfully. What a great experience! I can't say enough good about this hotel!!!!

The staff is a 100/10- they need to be giving master classes on customer service, because these guys nail it! The staff is very personable & professional! When you’re there for an extended stay, you feel like family. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel 100/10! The breakfast is 100/10! Top notch hotel! I would go there again! Overall, I would give this hotel 500 gold stars! This is only personal preference, so nothing against the hotel. To me, I felt like the pool was a tad chilly. However, others thought it was a comfortable temperature! Well done Staybridge Hotel for making our stay so awesome and amazing!
- MMMCSep 6, 20265.0We had an absolutely wonderful stay with this Staybridge Suites. Every single staff member was very polite, friendly, and super helpful. We had flight issues that caused us to arrive at 4am instead of 9:30pm. The desk clerk on that shift was so helpful and kind to us. The rest of our stay, we discovered that every staff person was just as equally ki d and helpful. This lovely experience helped us recover from our very stressful flight experience. My Dad and other extended family lives here in Cedar Rapids, so we will definitely be booking this Staybridge Suites every time we come to see our Iowa family!
