- ACAmy CJul 8, 20264.0Avid is basic, but clean and nice. The employees were kind and professional. The reason I gave it four starts is the AC in our room was so loud and sounded like an you were sitting at an ocean. It was silent for a few seconds and then a "wave" of noise would hit. It did that day and night. It was really loud. I could sleep through it because I was exhausted from travel, but under normal conditions I would have asked to be moved. The breakfast was what you would expect from a budget hotel. It meet our needs.

Room was clean and breakfast options were very good (dry options like cereal and fruit along with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and pork sausage... the coffee was also good). We would definitely stay here again!

There are NO drawers in the room, just open shelves and hangers. Plus, all the lighting is cool-temp LED, not very warm or homey. AVID really missed here in regards to the lighting, it's very harsh. Brekky is just OK, nothing great, but it serves it's purpose.
