  great hotel recommend 416, avoid 414. 412. 418 the expensive room. 422 last room. odd smell in the room. its a great hotel. looks like a 5 star hotel. i was checked in by jordan. shes the best.

  Spacious, spotless rooms and a varied, exquisite buffet breakfast. The Jacuzzi temperature was perfect for relaxing. Great service from the staff! Perfect location!

  Room was dirty upon check-in. Strange smell and visible dark mold in the bathroom floor tiles and pink slimy mold inside the shower floor tiles. Had a roll-in shower with no floor drain except inside the shower and the floor sloped down away from the shower leading to the bathroom floor flooding and no way for to drain unless you squeegeed it up the sloped floor into the shower. Asked for extra pillows and was told it was 1 pillow allowed per room (regardless of guests) and was given a pillow with no pillowcase and none in the room. Sound dampening was non-existent and there were several guests with children that were repeatedly running up and down the halls and slamming doors well into the night. We went for breakfast an hour before it was supposed to be over, and there was almost nothing left in the cold or hot items and the coffee was also instant from a machine that made "drinks" like a gas station. We ended up just leaving and going to a restaurant for breakfast because of it. The exterior side also broke so people had to prop it open with a trashcan. Everything about this hotel was old, stained and seemed very heavily used. It's in desperate need of an update amongst other things. The only positive about our stay was that the air conditioner worked great during the extreme heat wave that occurred during our stay.

  Last night came to Omaha airport after Cancun vacation with husband and 3 kids. Was looking for a hotel. We came here, checked with the front desk lady for the rooms, she was so helpful and rooms are really good size. It very clean . Good 😊
