Made reservations for a King bed a month prior to arrival and get 2 Queens instead. Confronted the desk and I'm told that there's fine print that states the hotel can change your room request. Emailed the manager and never got a response.

Wonderfully designed HIX product. Located near a sports complex, we were a little concerned about potential noise from teams choosing this housing option close to their competition site. No worries about that, the rooms were very quiet. Staff were attentive and professional with questions we had, as well. Very nice stay!

Stayed for one night on sep 19-20, 2026. Kid played soccer across the street. Rooms and entire hotel are very clean. Didn't realize the building is 7 years old, it's very nice. And they will soon be getting renovations! It's going to be really nice. Workout facility was very good - dumbbells up to 50lbs, which you don't seee everywhere, 2 giant TVs, water fountain, cable machine, two benches, many cardio options. Lots of good running sidewalks nearby to run outside. Great food options nearby, as well. Also, Justin was awesome. He really made our stay personable and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.

We were very pleasantly surprised at what a nice room we had, considering the relatively low rating on various sites. It was clean, looked brand new and really liked the shower and large bathroom. As several have mentioned the removal of the inroom coffee setup is very disappointing and definetly a consideration when booking future rooms. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided good service. The cleaning staff was pretty much the complete opposite. I was coming down the hall with a luggage cart and the male cleaner had his cart in the hall restocking. It was a long hallway so he certainly saw me coming but he went back into the closet right before I got to him and because his cart was diagonally parked in the hallway I could not pass so I had to stand and wait for him to finally come back out and move it. He was not happy about having to move his cart and neither smiled or returned my greeting. I don't expect much but a smile and maybe a nod would go a long way and certainly nicer than a frown and reluctance to allow me to pass. Also, half the parking lot was blocked off and my mother has a handicapped plate but we had to park in the very back of the lot despite having plenty of parking that was unaccessable. It was open in the morning.
