We are an "All-Suite" - "Extended Stay" Hotel in Ames Iowa located minutes from Iowa State University...Go Cyclones! We are located directly off US 30, Exit 150, and minutes from Interstate 35.

- ABAndrew & Abby BurgJun 6, 20263.0Let’s start with the good: The layout of our room was ideal for our family and the kitchenette was just right for a stop on a roadtrip. The room was also clean and the location of the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast had good variety. The staff was cordial. However, in spite of the good, there were a number of things that ranged from oddity to nuisance: The pool smelled absolutely terrible, particularly near the drain at the deep end. The stools at the hightop table in the room were so short that we adults were only at chest height to the table when seated. The TV was missing from the bedroom in our King Suite and a picture hung on the TV mounting brackets. The shower doors were configured in such a way that you had to stand entirely in the shower to turn the water on, getting blasted with cold water while waiting for it to warm. It was fine for a quick overnight, but we wouldn’t stay again.
