- JMJim Morris5 days ago5.0Large room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was impeccably clean and delicious, hosted by Larry, who warmly greeted us each morning. We’ve never felt so “at home” in a hotel before. Looking forward to more visits over the next four years! Go Cyclones!

- CCCharlesAug 2, 20265.0I rolled into town unknowing that there was a convention and a bunch of other stuff going on, and I pulled in here because I looked at the parking lot and got one of the best deals I think anyone could have got in that town that night. Almost 40% less than what else was available with immediate service , an excellent help and supreme parking.
- TTTimJul 20, 20263.0Location was good. Rooms were large and clean. Staff was excellent and friendly. However, there were two things I did not like: 1) There is an amenity fee, in July 2026 it was $5.95, for each night of your stay that they don't tell you about when you make the reservation. They do tell you when you check in. 2) Maid service is only every 4 days unless you ask for it each day. I was not told about this when I checked in. On a side note, this is the first hotel where I've seen a tip jar at the breakfast. Would I stay here again? Possibly. Some suggestions about the room (315): 1) Move the full length mirror to the wall directly opposite the bathroom (better light when using the mirror). 2) If you are not placing a TV in the couch/sitting area (something I was surprised to not see), suggest moving the chairs that are by the bed to the wall opposite the couch (creating an actual sitting area). 3) Since there is a vaulted ceiling in the room, you might consider installing a ceiling fan. This could reduce the A/C use.
