- CRCJ RoAug 8, 20265.0We booked a stay here on very short notice and were genuinely relieved when they were able to accommodate us with two rooms. Overall, many aspects of our stay exceeded expectations, but a major disruption at night unfortunately put a damper on the experience. The Positives: • Availability: Finding two rooms on short notice is never easy, but the staff pulled through for us right when we needed it. • Rooms & Location: The rooms themselves were fantastic very comfortable, well appointed. • Cleanliness: The entire property, from the lobby to our sleeping quarters, was impeccably clean. • Breakfast: The morning spread was great with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The Negatives: • Lack of Staff Presence Over night: There was an issue with an empty front desk the 2 times I went out to get help. • Severe Noise Disturbance: This was by far the biggest issue. We were woken up at least a dozen times starting at 2:00 AM. A group of men were holding what appeared to be a meeting in the lobby's common area, and the sound echoed intensely down the hallway. • Lack of Staff Intervention: Because no staff members were at the front desk or patrolling the property, guests were left to handle disturbances ourselves. My daughter and I ultimately had to get out of bed and go ask the group to keep it down, as the echoes made it sound as though they were standing right outside our door. Overall I would stay here again for sure!!! Was pretty boujie. And the noisy men were polite when we asked they keep it down.
