  Great property, but bad management. We fought ants in the room for all 7 days. From talking to the maintenance staff, we learned the previous guest had the same problem. Their solution was always the same—they refused to use an exterminator. CoralTree didn’t care about our problem at all.

  Had an incredible stay here with our party of five grown humans. The unit we rented was fully stocked with everything we needed, extremely comfortable and well-appointed, and the location is fantastic. Being able to walk less than 10 minutes to TON of restaurants and shops and less than 5 minutes to the pool and beach closed the deal! The staff is responsive, fun, warm, and knowledgeable. We will stay again and highly recommend to others, too!

  excellent condo..location perfect...Coral Tree Residence does a terrific job with check in, booking, attention to any issue...they are there to help ...enjoyed it all.
