  Clean rooms great service, not a bad location away from the city's. Close to small town island living, volcanos and ocean. Beautiful views. Must visit to appreciate.

  This place is terrible, I hope you did not get into a time share here, soooo many cost AFTER already paid 9k for 10 year membership. $10 a night to us an A/C unit. $170 for "tax and cleaning fees" seems to be alot of cleaning supplies here , am i supposed to clean this place after we leave, hope not! TVs do not work unless you are a pro with electronics, no apps, just basic cabel channels. check in is at 4pm, office closes at 5pm MAKE SURE you can get on the wifi and TV or you will have to wait till 8am next day like we currently are to make sure they work. Just over priced even at rates from priceline....I would not pay over $120 for this place if I knew before hand what this was all about. Good luck finding availability through the website , don't sign up for timeshares, worst idea you will ever have....trust me.

  Perfect stay! Close to black sand beach and only 30min from Volcanos Park.

  Great spot to stay and explore around the south end. Quiet and lovely spot, walking distance to the black sand beach. Nice pool, hot tub, clean room and a full kitchen. The staff was awesome.
