Eine wunderschöne Anlage eingebettet in eine kleine, angelegte Oase aus sehr schönen Pflanzen, Teichen und Wasserfällen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude und somit kurze Wege. Die Poolanlage war nett, der Strand hingegen etwas lieblos. Auch wenn der Poolbereich schön bepflanzt ist, so haben sie hier leider Kunstrasen verlegt. Das Essen in den Restaurants war gut, aber (wie erwartet) teuer (z.B. Pizza Margherita 42,00 $). Was mir am meisten ausgestoßen ist, war die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Mal kam das Zimmermädchen und Mal eben nicht. Der Boden wurde die ganze Woche nicht gewischt und so wie die Ecken, unter dem Bett oder gar unter dem Stuhl es aussah, dort wohl das ganze Jahr nicht. Spinnweben in einem Zimmer dieser Kategorie sollten sicher nicht da sein.

Memorable for all the best reasons. Magical place. We liked it better than the beachfront Four Seasons Lanai because it was quiet and serene. Just took the shuttle to the beach if we wanted to get a little more sun (sometimes clouds rolled in at the higher elevation). Every single staff member was helpful and made us feel welcomed.

Hale spa is a must try experience.
The amenities, room, and service from the staff were top notch. Every single staff was professional yet warm and welcoming.
The food was amazing. The room service was amazing and they dont take tips, even though they truly deserve them.
Activities like tour of the horse ranch, was really high quality, the ranch was well maintained by professionals with passion.
The most important quality that differentiate FS from other brands is how the manage hiccups and minor mistakes during your stay. The management will listen to every input from guests, and make sure to solve every little problems, putting effort into every single detail to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of.
From beginning until the end of the stay, every single experience has become sweet memories.
If the weather is fine, you will definitely enjoy this place, fully recommend this resort!
