This resort is beautiful and the service from the time you check in to the time you check out is amazing, as you would expect from Four Seasons. We had great dining experiences at all on site restaurants as well.

We stayed at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina for 5 nights and 6 days, and we had a wonderful experience. The ocean was absolutely beautiful, and the resort had such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made our experience even more special. The food was also delicious, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely love to come back again!

This property does not meet Four Seasons standards. It should not be considered 5-stars. The room would not cool below 77°, the adult pool stopped serving at 5, no good options for small bites in the evening, mini bar was not stocked, etc. I recently spent a similar amount per night for a premium room at the San Francisco Four Seasons Embarcadero and was very impressed with their ability to meet my expectations. That's why I was willing to spend the same amount in Hawaii but I am disappointed.

This was my first stay at a Four Seasons and it was absolutely perfect! We stayed for our honeymoon and our trip started with a complementary upgrade to a beautiful ocean view— it truly made our stay. We utilized the balcony throughout our trip to take in the views. The staff was so friendly and helpful beginning at our arrival, pointing out features of the room, valeting our car, checking us in, and assisting with our luggage. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The housekeeping was outstanding— the attention to detail was evident and they were responsive to any needs. All staff, including those at the restaurants and pools/beach were so hospitable and friendly and truly made us feel appreciated. We felt cared for throughout our honeymoon as we were met with surprises such as complimentary champagne, desserts, etc. We also utilized the spa during our stay, and they were able to organize a couples massage, which was truly amazing and so worth it. The spa facilities were exceptional, clean, and the spa attendants and masseuses were great. We enjoyed the food, view, and ambience at every restaurant and loved our dining experiences, including the rooftop bar. I’d truly recommend to everyone from couples to families looking for a relaxing getaway with staff that go above and beyond! Can’t wait for our next Four Seasons stay. Thank you for making this so special for us!

ok, WOW! We stayed at the Four Seasons at Ko Olina this weekend for my best friend's wedding. We were completely blown away. Every single worry or care melted away the second we checked in. What stood out to me the most compared to resorts we've stayed in around the word, was the service and hospitality. This was truly the best guest service experience we've ever had. I want to shout out the amazing baristas at the Hokule'a coffee shop who greeted us with kindness and caffeine, the ladies working at the spa on August 1st OH MY GOD who offered to have my dress steamed for the wedding when I was running around worried about timing - they took total care of me, the valet team soooo speedy, the bellmen - kind, warm, wonderful, the front desk service who were never every annoyed or stressed when I went to get things out of my stored bags a million times, the events team who made everything go off without a hitch, the bartenders at the pool OMG SOOOOO much fun...wow. The spa treatment with Akiko was phenomenal and the facilities were heavenly. We also loved the adult infinity pool. Perfect temperature. I will forever dream of the musubis. Thank you to the Ko Olina team for your amazing hospitality. We hope to be back soon!
