  Terrific first visit to FS Ko Olina to celebrate several occasions. Easy travel to Oahu and resort makes it possible to maximize a long weekend and squeeze in a 4-night stay that feels longer. We’ve frequented Kauai and Big Island including Hualalai for longer stays but this mini-vaca felt remarkably restful and high-yield. Easy access to west-side activities like Pink Pillbox, snorkeling off Electric Beach and North Shore. Car was essential and the valet was efficient and hassle-free. Our multi-generational family of 7 found the stay across 3 oceanfront rooms perfect. 2 rooms shared a common locked entrance from the hallway to create a convenient 2-bedroom suite for us and the kids. The pre-renovation rooms were comfortable and while showing a bit of wear, were perfectly acceptable. Compared to the renovated rooms we considered on the Club Level, we found our older rooms authentically more “Hawaiian” with traditional artwork and rattan furniture. Nonetheless look forward to the full facelift we observed occurring on the higher levels which was completely hidden/silent on the 7th floor. We enjoyed breakfasts at La Hiki and our dinners at Mina’s, Noe and Manalo Lounge. Service all around was exceptional, up to the FS standard with genuine aloha of Hawai’i. Special thanks to El at the front desk and James at La Hiki for taking care of us. We look forward to returning again.

  Wow. This place exceeded expectations! Gorgeous property and customer service went above and beyond. We booked through our chase edit benefit and we got a huge upgrade to an amazing oceanfront suite in the club building. Everything was spectacular..... Views were incredible, deck was awesome with super comfy chairs, bed was great, room was really amazing. Club level was phenomenal.... Delicious food and drinks ( special shout out to the happy hour bartender who made great drinks and even fancy mocktails for our 12 year old. Happy hour food was excellent and the club is great to hang out, relax and play games. That pool area is really beautiful and the beach is perfect, We have no trouble getting chairs and they brought us water and set up our towels each day. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. This place is a splurge, but you'll feel like royalty!

  We had such a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, everyone we encountered was incredibly warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The resort itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. The food was consistently delicious and high quality and the beach and water were absolutely amazing. What truly made our stay especially memorable was Ava. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth stood out and made such a difference in our experience. We feel incredibly well taken care of and would happily return. A beautiful resort, outstanding service, and wonderful people, exactly what you hope for from a Four Seasons stay. Highly recommend!

  I came to Ko Olina Four Seasons with my husband, four year old and 10 year old. We had the best time. The resort is gorgeous, truly felt five star but with a focus on family. We had some wonderful service but Dominique, Rodel and Danielle really stood out. So kind and welcoming in setting up our chairs, remembering our orders and bringing our drinks to the beach. We went from a beach dip to jacuzzi dip in less than 60 seconds. No fighting for pool chairs like the mouse place next door…also you can order food and drinks on the beach and there is turn down service, unlike the mouse place next door. Planning our next trip ASAP.

  Our experience at the Four Seasons Resort Oʻahu at Ko Olina was extremely disappointing, especially considering the reputation and price point associated with the Four Seasons brand. The biggest issue was the beach staff. With the exception of one staff member who was kind and helpful, we found the majority of our interactions to be rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. That is simply not the level of service we expected from a five-star resort. We were told that, due to the wind, the beach umbrellas could not be opened. If there is a wind advisory or a policy preventing umbrellas from being used, there should be clear signage explaining that policy rather than guests having to find out after setting up at the beach. What made this even more frustrating was seeing the Aulani resort next door with its umbrellas open for guests, literally just steps away. The wind had also been stronger on previous days when umbrellas were being used without an issue. My husband owns and operates a multimillion-dollar patio furniture business, so we have considerable experience with outdoor furniture and commercial umbrellas. We understand the importance of proper setup and securing umbrellas appropriately in windy conditions. From a guest perspective, the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled were far more frustrating than the policy itself. We also experienced an issue with the beach chair policy. The resort has signage indicating that chairs are reserved for guests for 60 minutes. We were away from our chairs for approximately 15 minutes because we needed to run back to our room. We had also specifically informed the beach attendant that we would be returning. Despite that, our belongings were moved. That was completely unacceptable and inconsistent with the information provided to guests. The overall atmosphere also did not feel particularly welcoming for a resort at this level. When arriving at a five-star property, we expected a much warmer arrival experience. There was no welcome drink or even an obvious bar/lounge where we could simply stop and get a drink outside of the pool area. Those small touches matter when you are paying a premium for a luxury experience. Housekeeping also missed basic details. Wine glasses from the previous evening were left in our room, and we actually had to leave a sticky note asking for them to be removed. Unfortunately, the property itself did not feel like the Four Seasons experience we have experienced at other Four Seasons resorts. In our opinion, the resort felt more like a standard large hotel that had been upgraded and decorated to resemble a luxury Four Seasons property rather than delivering the level of service and attention to detail we have come to expect from the brand. We also heard multiple other guests expressing similar frustrations at the pool, which made us feel that our experience was not isolated. Even staff have made complaints. We have stayed at Four Seasons properties before and understand what guests should reasonably expect from the brand. This visit fell considerably short of those expectations. Very disappointing and, unfortunately, we would not choose to stay at this Four Seasons again. Even attached the photo of the umbrellas next to us at the resort steps away.
