  Had a problem with the pick up. We had to wait over an hour and the coordinator there at the airport did not have a clue when a driver was going to get there. Very unorganized. A driver came but refuse to take us. He kept telling us there were 182 buses and he could not take us; however he had only one couple and plenty of room on his vehicle. Finally when a driver came for us he was not very helpful and we had too many people on his vehicle and not enough room for luggage. Some of the luggage had to be in the isle. Very unsafe. We have used Roberts for many years and never had a problem. Always very helpful and did not have to wait at all. Very disappointed

  Due to Hurricane Lala our trip arriving and hotels in Hawaii had multiple changes and cancelations. This took place on Saturday thru Sunday. Your staff happily assisted making us feel well cared for during a very stressful time for everyone in your state.

  The shadow service was outstanding when the driver came to pick us up. He was engaging, had great customer service and communication skills. He picked us up on Sunday at 8 AM. At the twin fin hotel, he made up for the initial drop off on Wednesday. That we felt the young lady did not communicate effectively and so no respect for common communication between people visiting your state and city. Thank you for an outstanding professional shuttle service.And we will use you guys again

  First of all, I enjoyed talking to and planning my family’s shuttle needs with Hahmi!! She was very sweet and knowledgeable! Pricing was fair, and actually cost less per person than the public shuttle. Both drivers, from and to the Honolulu airport, were professional, friendly, excellent drivers, and ON TIME!! The shuttles were clean and very impressive, and had plenty of space for our family of 9 and all of our luggage…including a ‘lift’ for my husband’s mobility scooter!! I would definitely hire Roberts Hawaii transportation service again, if we ever go back to Honolulu! Gloria L. & family

  Although he was on time he did not pick us up where he said to stand and we had to fight our way through a bunch of people to get to the bus. Now please understand. We were exhausted. We have been on two planes for 8 hours and had been up since 3:00 in the morning. Almost 12 hours. He drove us to the motel and left us at the bottom of the driveway. He didn’t tell us where the lobby door was and after he left we drug those four suitcases down the wrong street. Then we had to drag them back and up the driveway hill. I am 67 and my husband is 79. We had a very hard time. The least he could have done was sent us to the correct door! So let’s hope whoever takes us to the cruise ship tomorrow has a little more empathy towards two older people and more understanding. Because someone messed up our tour today we are taking it tomorrow. It’s five hours long. Again we will be tired and old. Please help us.
