  Roberts Hawaii, was an awesome shuttle service. My experience was due to a 7 hour delay that changed my arrival time. When I called to find out if I was still going to have transport to my hotel I was assured that transport would still be available. Not only was transport still available in the after midnight arrival time but our shuttle driver called us waited until she found us, she was super professional helped with our luggage and drove us straight to our hotel. During our stay our service to the Polynesian center was also provided by Robert's Hawaii as well again seamless service. I already have my transport scheduled for my return trip to the airport. Definitely recommend if you need transport.

  The show was great however we were late getting there and missed out being there to relax and experience some of the other pre show events . We had to run to the bathrooms since it took longer than expected to get there. And that didn’t give us much time to eat and enjoy the food. The driver and I believe his name was Sean was very erratic in his driving and his personality was to say the least humdrum. Several times he was all over the lines and I do know that that’s probably an issue with big buses but this was more than usual!

  If you book, make sure you keep the mantra “15 minutes early is on time.” My family came down to be picked up 2 minutes after our arranged pick up time and were left behind. There was no message or call upon arrival. The next suitable pick up wasn’t going to work for our international departure. We were refused a refund when we called to sort out the matter, but have followed up with the Roberts team over email.

  Worst experience ever. This was my first time in Hawaii, and I came here for something very emotional and important to spread my sister’s ashes. After an 11+ hour flight, the last thing I expected was this much chaos just trying to get to my hotel. I had made a reservation with Roberts for the 12:30 PM shuttle. I called dispatch, and they told me where to go. I proceeded to baggage claim 19, where I met a Roberts representative. I explained that my cousin wouldn’t be arriving until 1:15 PM and that I might ride with her, but she didn’t have a reservation yet. I was told the next shuttle would be full, so I decided to stick with my reservation. I was then instructed to go to pickup area 3, where I was told the shuttle would pick me up right away. I waited there for at least 30 minutes. When the Roberts shuttle finally arrived, I was already hot, exhausted, and frustrated. I gave the driver my name and explained the situation, but he told me to wait while he loaded a large group. My phone had died because my charger broke during the flight, so I had no way to communicate or make additional calls. I even had to give the driver my ID while he made calls to try to figure out what was going on. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication between the different Roberts employees I spoke with. I received different instructions from different people, and nobody seemed to know what the other person had told me. Someone dropped the ball, and I was the one who suffered because of it. After an exhausting 11+ hour flight and arriving in Hawaii for such an emotional reason, this was an incredibly frustrating and chaotic way to start my trip. I paid for transportation both to and from the airport, but after this experience, I will never book with them again. Roberts seriously needs to improve communication between dispatch, representatives, and drivers. Customers should not have to pay the price for internal miscommunication. To make it clear, the staff was not disrespectful. It was the lack of communication amongst everyone.

  We had a wonderful and unforgettable island tour with Georgia! She was an excellent driver and took us safely to so many beautiful places around the island. Along the way, she shared lots of interesting stories and information about the island, its history, Hawaiian culture and everyday life. Georgia made the whole day interesting, lively and very personal. Even though we had some rain, we enjoyed every moment, saw so much and learned a lot. Thank you, Georgia, for taking such great care of us and for making our day such a special experience. We can highly recommend a tour with her!
