  We used Roberts Hawaii for several parts of our trip to Oahu including airport pick up and drop off as well as a day trip to Hanama Bay. Each time the staff was extremely polite, quick to answer the phone, confirmed our reservations,and answered our questions. They were punctual and all of the vehicles were very clean, air-conditioned and comfortable. One highlight was our driver back from Hanama Bay - "Cousin Lisa" who was wonderful at pointing out points of interest along the way and giving us great information about the area as we passed by. Our driver going to the airport was also very personable and got us there on time for our flight. On each occasion, the driver got out of the vehicle, checked off our names and confirmed that everyone who was supposed to be on board was there And anyone missing, they identified and reassigned to another vehicle making it very comfortable knowing that they pay attention to their customers. I highly recommend using Robert's Hawaii as it made for very easy and smooth transportation options during our vacation.

  Absolute trash. We reserved our shuttle in advance and the website states, “During the booking process, the pickup time for arrival will reflect the same time as your arrival flight. We use your flight time to prepare for your arrival. Once you collect your luggage, follow the instructions on your confirmation to be directed to our nearest pickup station”. Once we got our bags from baggage claim, I promptly called the hotline as instructed. The woman let us know where to go to and said it would take approximately 20 minutes. Odd, my flight landed at 4:23 PM, I called the hotline at 4:42 PM, if you “use flight time to prepare for my arrival,” why am I having to wait 20 minutes? I specifically booked a shuttle because I am with my 1 year old child and didn’t want to wait around on less reliable options. Fine, whatever, I can overlook the 20 minutes, we proceed to wait without complaint. 17 minutes into our wait, we saw a Roberts Shuttle driving towards us, we waved at the driver who made eye contact with us and proceeded to speed up and drive away. I called the hotline again thinking it must’ve have just been a simple error, but the woman said, “The driver is picking up someone who called before you. There’s another shuttle upstairs and they’ll get to you in about 15 minutes, probably even less.” Okay, so he can’t pick people up along the way? Seems super inefficient to me, but whatever, we’ll wait. Over 20 minutes later, another shuttle drove up to us, slowed down as we waved him over, and then promptly continued to drive away. I called the hotline again and the woman was insistent that that shuttle needed to pick up “someone who had called before us”. Okay, if they called before us, how long have those poor people been waiting? In the end, we waited OVER 45 MINUTES to get picked up from the airport. I’ve taken many shuttles from other airports have have NEVER had an experience this poor. I’m so glad I didn’t book a round trip with this company, I will never recommend them to anyone.

  We booked with Robert’s Hawaii and gave our arrival details and we’re hoping to get picked up at the airport in a reasonable time max 10 mins wait. We were told that someone would pick us up in 20 mins. 15 mins later a shuttle comes and drives past us. We end up waiting 40-45 mins in which 2 shuttles come and pass us up. The 3rd shuttle stops and the driver was very rude. He made my wife holding her child out in the rain wait while he loaded all the luggage then let my wife and I on board. Really unprofessional and would not recommend this company to any one EVER!

  First, the good news: there’s no stress about finding a parking spot, and you can watch the mandatory film right on the bus. What bothered me personally was the constant waiting for the next step. You get a wristband (Robert’s Hawaiian) that lets you skip the lines. Why do I have to wait there until everyone has taken their photos and we head to the entrance? Even on the way home, they announced which bus to take countless times. There are still people who are too clueless, and that in turn delays the departure. I felt like I was in kindergarten. What bothered me the most, though, was the fact that we drove 6 km further to Waikiki from our final stop and had to wait an agonizingly long time before we reached our destination on the way back.

  Roberts Hawaii transportation is terrible. If it wasn’t for the fact that they allow you to book in advance for Hanaua Bay, I would have preferred not to use them. They were late for pickup. One bus arrived and rudely said they’ll send a different bus. The different bus picked us up, then dropped us to the location where the initial bus was holding. The drivers are extremely rude. For pickup, the 3:15 driver was absolutely the worse. He was extremely rude, and was yelling at the poor attendant Sayuri at the location for missing some of the tourists because they boarded the bus on their own without checking in with her. He was screaming at her unprofessionally in front of everyone. The only positive thing for this service was the 3:20 bus driver Lee…now he was an island treasure, just poised, quiet, calm and had such a welcoming spirit.
