  Just arrived home this week from a family trip, party of 7, to Hawaii. I arranged private airport and cruise pier transfers for my family with Roberts Hawaii several months in advance of our trip. With 7 people and all the luggage it was awesome! Roberts Hawaii sent email confirmations, text reminders, they were always on time actually early, I cannot say enough about their customer service, drivers the whole experience! I highly recommend booking with Roberts Hawaii!

  Mahalo for having this option to rely on for travels even though there are ‘ohana and friends to offer rides. This is a way to travel round trip from airport to hotel (Waikiki) & hotel (Waikīkī) to airport without using ‘Ohana and Friends or even uber or lift- it’s very reasonable. It’s best to call than make reservations on line for those who are kamaʻāina (residents). But be advised that you will need to call dispatch for direction even though you want to know where to be picked up. My trips were good and reliable, I would use them again, mahalo!

  You cannot beat this tour of Hanauma Bay. When you realize that if you try to get there yourself, it is $25 to get in per person, $10 for parking (if the lot is not full), and then you have to stand in line for the video if you go on your own, Robert's is an absolute no brainer. Nice air conditioned bus, they give you plenty of time to snorkel also. Robert's slaps a wrist band on you, you watch the video on the bus and away you go. I was VERY impressed with the whole experience.

  The bus was nice but communication was poor. Was told to call the number on the wristband to reschedule leaving time and when I called the lady said I had to go to the kiosk (30 minute walk uphill), after arguing with her she told me a hour and a half wrong time so we packed up, walk uphill to find out the bus wasn’t leaving till our original time (again one and half away) then after waiting the hour and half the bus was 30 minutes late so we sat in the blazing heat for two hours over lack of communication. Very disappointing

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shuttle service from Honolulu Airport. We pre-booked and prepaid for a shuttle, yet the entire process was frustrating from start to finish. After landing and collecting our bags, I called dispatch and was told where to wait. Fifteen minutes later, I called again and was told I should have been at a different pickup location, which had not been clearly explained. Once we got to the correct location, we waited nearly 40 more minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The worst part was how my family and I were treated when the shuttle finally arrived. Despite having already confirmed twice with dispatch that we were expected and having a reservation confirmation in hand, a man coordinating other passengers physically blocked me from entering the shuttle with his arm and implied that I did not have a reservation. When I showed my confirmation, both he and the driver still questioned whether I belonged on the shuttle. The driver insisted I needed a yellow slip, even though dispatch had never mentioned one and had specifically told me that providing my name or reservation confirmation would be sufficient. After dispatch confirmed my reservation and my name, the driver reluctantly allowed us to board. During this interaction, the driver repeatedly spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, including yelling at me while I was retrieving my luggage after dispatch had confirmed my reservation. For a service that cost over $100, I expected a smooth and professional experience. Instead, we experienced: • Long and confusing wait times • Poor communication regarding pickup procedures • Being questioned repeatedly despite having a valid reservation • Unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from both the driver and the coordinator • No assistance with luggage A pre-booked shuttle is supposed to reduce travel stress, especially after a long flight. Instead, it created more stress and made my family feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. What was the point of booking a pre-arranged shuttle if confirming with dispatch and showing a reservation confirmation was still not enough to prove we had paid for the service? Very disappointed with this experience. I cannot recommend this company and would not use them again.
