Okay let me start by saying the EMPLOYEES were absolutely AMAZING! Now the Hotel pssst. Lemme start with if your traveling this is not the hotel for a vacation stay. First the elevator wait is a 15 to 20 minute wait, everytime 90degrees in the elevator and on the floors. Key card stop working everyday I was there. NO LIE. Security guards follow you around. Showers take 10 plus minutes to get warm not hot but warm. Pool n gym closes at 10pm. Breakfast could be better the selection is poor. Coffee is the best thing at breakfast…… Rooms were extremely small expected a lil bit more room but money was already spent so this was how my vacation stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Good luck to whomever booked this Hotel

Not happy about paying $50 upfront a day for parking. I stay at IHG hotels all over the country and this locations quality was significantly lower than any property I’ve stayed at before. It feels as if there is NO ac in the entire building other than the rooms. Stayed on the 24th floor and The elevators are extremely slow and hot as a sauna. The breakfast is not good at all. Fake rubber eggs when you’re paying a resort fee is insane. Rooms are the size of a shoe box. 2 full sized luggage and 2 of us in the room was TIGHT. Charging a “resort fee” AND 50 dollars a night for parking is just taking advantage of guests in my opinion. Overall not happy with this location. I would pay the extra money for a better experience elsewhere.

Mary at check in on our arrival at 10 pm after a long day of travel from Daytona Beach Fl was phenomenal. Mary was patient, understanding and professional. Mary found us a great room for our stay.
Kali at the front desk was also amazing. We had to call down for assistance with an air conditioning issue and Kali took control, found us the help we needed and called back to confirm we were taken care of properly.
Mary and Kali were both highly successful in making our stay a 10/10.
The staff at breakfast is amazing too. They give you breakfast cards at check-in to present each morning for breakfast. Breakfast is nice enough to fuel you up for the day. Coffee is piping hot and the lines move along smoothly.

If you are used to real holiday inn express hotels, you wont like this place. I've stayed in 100's of IHG hotels, and this might be the worst one i've ever experienced. Hairs all over the rooms upon entering, the carpet is very dirty, the lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, the elevators are slow and extremely hot, the rooms are the exact size of cruise ship cabins, and you have to do the crab walk all over the room. But the bathroom is the worst. If you like to wipe after using the toliet it's not going to happen. The toliet area is only suitable space for a small child. When you exit the shower you nearly step on the toilet. You have to walk sideways to get into the bathroom. The tub is rusty and looks dirty overall. The wifi isn't so good either. I reserved a handicapped room, but I was told they dont exist here if you need 2 beds. Super Unacceptable, because handicapped people rarely travel alone, because they are handicapped. I had to call 4 times for 2 extra pillows and an extra blanket, and it took 4 hours to arrive. There is nothing here that warrants an amenity fee, so I'll be contacting IHG about that. I will never stay here again, or recommend this place to other travelers.
