  My wife and I spent a night and we will be back. The hotel had a nice, well kept lobby, the rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Special shout out to Kay and Angelique. They were excellent!

  I believe that the front staff sets the tone for any environment not just the hotel business, this place is immaculate, rooms are great, breakfast is great, so clean every part but your front desk staff was so rude last night and this morning, (different employees) Not helpful at all. The girl has been on her phone the entirety of us eating breakfast and standing out front eating something and still on her phone!!! My mother-in-law is almost 80 and had a question about her bill, but received zero explanation other than that the payment was pending!! This is the first impression of the entire stay and it's not a good one. However by the end of our stay Yolanda and Althea were amazing and made the rest of our stay so pleasurable. We stayed with 3 rooms reserved May8-10. Last name Kachuba

  Never! This is why I don’t stay at a Holiday Inn…..Marriott only. Because I was traveling to see a friend in Woodstock I figured this one would be OK for the night. I arrived at 10:30 for the front desk lady to tell me my card was declined, and she was sold out. How convenient! The place was a zoo and I didn’t get there till 1030. Instead of telling me the truth, she lied. My card was not declined. I was charged because they refunded me the next day. I’m OK with honesty what I’m not OK with is liars and the woman working at the front desk on Saturday, May 2 at 10:30 PM is a flat out LIAR! If I can’t count on traveling from Florida to a hotel that I’m gonna arrive to at 10:30 without them over selling my room, this is a no for me. Continued onto my Marriott and had a wonderful trip. Stay away from the LIARS at the Holiday Inn Inn in Woodstock Ga

  When I first checked in, I was put on the ground level and the room did not have curtains on the window, only metal mini blinds that you could see right through. Traveling by myself I did not feel comfortable staying here, so I immediately went back to the desk and asked for a new room. I was then put on the fourth floor, but noticed that there was a huge gap in the door that you could see right through the door jam into the hallway. I also noticed that the room across the hall at the same issue. Looks like they’re under recent renovation or facelift, but very low quality job. I ended up putting towels over the door so that I felt more comfortable with my stay. Room was clean, but he tv didn’t work well. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice but these little details, are incredibly important to me and it just seemed overlooked.

  We had a VERY comfortable stay! The staff was amazing and so kind - and funny! We especially enjoyed Alessandro at the front desk. There was another young guy too who was funny and wonderful! They always had a joke or something witty to say to the kids. We enrolled in the rewards program and have a big trip coming up where we will stay at Holiday Inn! Thanks again for a great get-away! We stayed the third weekend of March and had a great weekend!
