These ladies truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive attitudes make a tremendous difference. It’s refreshing to encounter people who genuinely care about the guests they serve and take pride in their work. What stands out most is the personal touch they bring to their jobs. They don’t simply provide customer service; they create an atmosphere that makes you feel valued and at home. Their warm smiles, friendly conversations, and willingness to help are qualities that should never go unnoticed. As someone who spends a considerable amount of time away from home, I can honestly say that people like Keisha, Alojia, and Racheal make those extended stays much more enjoyable. Management should be extremely proud to have these three ladies representing their hotel. They are a tremendous asset to the team and a big reason I would gladly recommend this property to others.
