  We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The rooms were clean and up to date. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. Our daughter loved playing in the pool. We were right next to the workout room, which was great for a morning workout. I would have given 5 stars, except for the fact that we had an issue with a credit card that was on file for our reservation. It had to be verified, which it was, but I had to use my card before it went through. I was told the charges would be reversed the same evening as check in. It’s a good thing I checked before we checked out because my card was still the one being used for the charges. Thankfully it was taken care of, but I shouldn’t have needed to do that. Also, my husband said that he smelled marijuana by the pool one evening he was there with our daughter. There was another group there as well. That should not be acceptable in a family environment. He did not tell the staff. It’s possible they were unaware, though I do think the pool area should be monitored by staff.

  Very nice hotel rooms were super clean. Staff was nice great location can walk To walk-on sports bar and restaurant

  Place was absolutely amazing. Booked it with Waterpark passes for Rigsby! Great trip for the family.

  We had a great stay at the Best Western next to Rigby’s Water World! The hotel is cute, clean, and comfortable, and having such easy access to the entire Rigby’s complex is AWESOME—especially if you’re traveling with kids. But the biggest shout-out has to go to the GM, Mike Davis, who quite literally saved the day when my car battery died. He came outside in 94-degree Georgia heat, IN HIS BUSINESS SUIT, and jumped my car for me. Now THAT is above-and-beyond customer service! Great location, great stay, and an even better staff. Thank you again, Mike—you were a lifesaver!

  I stayed here for two work weeks while on a job assignment in Warner Robins. It was very comfortable and conveniently located near everything I needed. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Although it's directly next to a water park and other leisure attractions, I felt like the guests were a good mix of business travelers and vacationers. I didn't notice any noise at night. The hotel amenities such as breakfast and the gym met or exceeded my expectations. The rooftop bar was a nice bonus. I ordered food from the neighboring restaurant (Walk On's) and it was promptly delivered upstairs to the bar. The hotel has lots of grocery stores and shops nearby. Really anything you could need. I will definitely stay here if I'm in Warner Robins again.
