  This property received 1 star for Rooms and Service, because of the following: 1. The USB ports next to the bed did not work, which we found out when we got up and my phone was at 12% charge. I asked them to fix it, and that afternoon they informed me it was fixed. It was not. 2. The maintenance guy knocks on the door when the Do Not Disturb is on. 3. Many guests are unruly and have no respect for others trying to sleep. We were woken up by a 5 year old child running up and down the hall at 11.30pm, banging on doors and trying to open them. Our next door neighbors let their 3 kids run up and down the hall, yelling, until 11pm. 4. The window treatments are already inadequate for blocking light. Shades in tracks get torn easily. These are torn on both sides, and we had to fix it so that that it was actually in the track. 5. The owner does not treat guests with respect. In our conversation re the bedside charging, he spoke over me incessantly. I was not allowed to complete my thoughts or sentences. He also told me where other charging locations in the room were. Duh. I think that is pretty obvious. I don't think many people like being treated this way, especially customers. 6. The 2 Q beds both lean towards the gap between them. (They are not level.) 7. The cheap bathtub creaks and crackles when you are standing in it or moving around. Loudly. 8. The a/c turns off in the middle of the night if you don't get up and walk around to set off the motion sensor. On the plus side: 1. It's a relatively new property. 2 The housekeeping was really great. 3. Rooms have plenty of surfaces for your stuff. 4.There are fridges and microwaves in every room.

  Very comfortable, wonderful breakfast, and next to Vidalia Sweet Onion City Museum, and a 10 minute drive to Prime Cut Steakhouse for dinner. A great place to stay & visit!

  Clean and comfortable. The A/C could use a little tuneup but the rooms were very nice. Customer service was outstanding!

  Was a great hotel! Wish the pool was a little cleaner and cooler, but we still enjoyed it
