  Staff are friendly and professional but The coffee machine takes forever to warm up and make 1 cup of coffee at a time , not good for busy breakfast time . The coffee makers in the room are faster ,

  They quote $134 on internet But when you check in It's $151 . Very deceitful Room rug was filthy dirty

  This hotel is what one would expect from Holiday Inn Express. Our room was clean and smelled clean. Great room service and entire staff was super friendly. Breakfast was very good every morning. We enjoyed the pool as well. We had a great stay. Thank you Holiday Inn Express!

  We stayed two nights (a week apart) during our family’s Make-A-Wish trip to Disney. The staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was great, and two ladies in particular, Tasha and April, went above and beyond for our family and our two toddlers absolutely loved them. Thank you ladies!!

  Our stay at the Valdosta Holiday Inn Express exceeded our expectations. We were initially greeted warmly by Cat and April. Their genuine hospitality was something one does not experience these days. Later in our stay we met Brittany, who took care of a small issue we had with a smile and kindness that is highly unusual. We also interacted with Paolo, who wanted to make sure that we were having all of our needs met. He also showed a genuine desire to insure his guests were being taken care of. This staff are amazingly caring, kind, and actually our new friends. We will stay no where else the next time we are in Valdosta. What a great team!
