  As far as the room no complaints but whoever worked tonight on 10/10 did not provide good service. The hospitality here kinda sucks from the workers. Some of them are not into welcoming small talk which is fine, however the one tonight was just not accommodating. I have a newborn. I called for someone to bring toilet paper and trash bags to the room. They said I can come down and get them. I HAVE A NEWBORN I JUST GOT HIK TI QUIET DOEN AFTER CRYING FOR AN HOUR. IM NOT TRYING TO GO UO AN DOWN AND ALL AROUND. Not like he’s busy down there. Doesn’t take long to do that. He refused to do that even after I explained I have a newborn. Smh. What happened to hospitality. I’m paying money to be here, next time I’ll take my money somewhere else that will bring me stuff to my room.

  Well maintained and very clean facility. Friendly staff and in a great location with many dining options. Strongly recommend this Candlewood Suites.

  I want to take a moment out of my day to say THANK YOU to EVERYONE at this hotel — from the front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping. Tonight is my last night here after spending 16 days, and I can honestly say that this place has left a bigger impact on me than I ever expected. From the moment I walked through the doors and was greeted by Mrs. Julie, I felt welcomed. We talked for hours when I checked in, and she told me that I was really going to fit in here. At the time, I didn’t quite understand what she meant. But the very next day, when I was leaving the hotel, it seemed like everyone already knew who I was before I even introduced myself. That’s because Julie had already spoken so highly of me and made me feel like I belonged. Mrs. Julie — Thank you for everything, you really made an impact on my life and for that i Thank you ! You are true to yourself an never stop doing that, the day i met you, you already knew me 5 minutes later an for that i will never forget you ♥️ Mrs. Hillary — you truly are God-sent. You are one of the sweetest, most soft-spoken people I’ve ever met. You took care of me, and you even took care of the sweet cats outside. Watching how much they loved you was so special. You could simply walk outside and Mustache would come running to you. You are truly an amazing human being. Tora — you are phenomenal! We met outside on the patio during your break, and from that moment on, we made it a point to talk whenever we saw each other. You told me so much about Valdosta and the area, and I genuinely enjoyed every conversation we had. Thank you for always being so kind and welcoming. Patrick — you are such an amazing person. You’re someone I could talk to after having a long day, and you always seemed genuinely willing to listen and cared about what I had to say. Sometimes, having someone simply listen can mean more than they realize. Christopher — I’ll be honest, when I first got here, I definitely got a different vibe at first. But after being here for a while, the first time you finally waved at me, it genuinely made my day. It may have seemed like something small, but those little moments meant a lot to me. And last but certainly not least, Sara — thank you for always having a kind smile and for being one of the absolute sweetest people I’ve met here. You are going to make an AMAZING manager, and I truly hope you know that! To this entire team: THANK YOU. You have all been so good to me, and I’m genuinely grateful for every conversation, every smile, every hello, and every little moment during my 16 days here. I came here as a guest, but I’m leaving feeling like I’ve made connections with some really wonderful people. ❤️ Please never stop being your authentic selves. You may not realize it, but you truly made an impact on me during my stay here. This may be my last night for now, but it definitely won’t be my last time here. I WILL be back! 🥹❤️ Thank you all for making my stay feel like so much more than just a hotel stay. I’ll never forget the kindness you showed me.

  There was peeling paint in the bathroom mold in the bathroom no USB ports provided our blind to the window broke in the middle of the night. Crash to the ground. Other occupants were very loud. There was some kind of mechanical noise squeak out in the hallway sounded like metal against metal that made a loud scratching noise every few seconds all night long. The room appeared clean but upon further inspection it could have been cleaned better. Very disappointed in Candlewood Suites. This trip was a gift from a friend. I'm sorry that he had to use his Capital One points for us to stay in this hotel
