I left my smartwatch & charger in the room & only called 2 days after. He went to go look, they called me back & said they have it. He packaged it neatly & shipped it to my house. Went the extra mile and I appreciate it much!
- EEEvrblueAug 6, 20263.0There was peeling paint in the bathroom mold in the bathroom no USB ports provided our blind to the window broke in the middle of the night. Crash to the ground. Other occupants were very loud. There was some kind of mechanical noise squeak out in the hallway sounded like metal against metal that made a loud scratching noise every few seconds all night long. The room appeared clean but upon further inspection it could have been cleaned better. Very disappointed in Candlewood Suites. This trip was a gift from a friend. I'm sorry that he had to use his Capital One points for us to stay in this hotel

Not sure if that qualifies as “color”. I saw a bunch of new tv’s in the lobby, so hopefully they are swapping some out. Would definitely recommend this hotel
