  The housekeeping lady is very kind. Room smelled like sweat. The energy in the room seems satanic. We couldn’t sleep because something weird was happening in the energy field. We felt the presence of some spirit. Woke up at 2:22 , air was heavy. If you planning to visit bring your holly water with you.

  From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Hilary, Ms. Juli, Mr. Christopher, and Ms. Anita, along with the rest of the crew, for making our visit so memorable. Every single one of them was incredibly welcoming, always greeting us with a genuine smile no matter how busy or long their day had been. That kind of warmth and hospitality is rare, and it truly made all the difference.

  Room was clean and comfortable. Desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Seeing a little further off of the interstate, I would have thought it might not be quite as busy, but it was busier than I expected. Still quite enough after midnight. But a room next to the elevator can be a little noisy before that with the consistant elevator dings. But an overall good night.

  Unlike IHG’s Holiday Inn properties in Valdosta, you cannot check-in using the mobile app at their Candlewood Suites property and skip the front desk. Annoying to be sure but nothing to ruin the day. Filling out paperwork like it’s 2002, really? Then a pair of rooms reserved split at opens of the floor leaving elderly parents, in poor health, separated from family. And the room that is pet approved, is, well, let’s just say it’s obviously used for pets and they struggle. If you’re booking in Valdosta, don’t try to save a few bucks at Candlewood. Stay at the Holiday Inn Express closer to I-75. Much nicer and worth the few extra dollars they charge.
