  My husband and I were very pleased with the amazing hospitality, the spic span rooms and the location of this hotel. Consuelo at the front desk was so kind and professional. Sarah had such a good assortment of breakfast items and kept the area very cleaned. Sarah went out her way to makes us feel at home.

  My husband and I were traveling south from Atlanta on our way to Tampa. We always choose Holiday Inn express when we are on road trips because our experience is that there is no harsh chemical smell in the rooms that we are sensitive to, which we find so frequently in other hotels. But I’m leaving this review about this particular holiday Inn express because the staff were so genuinely welcoming at the front desk and in the hallways with the technical staff and cleaning Associates…. Everyone was so particularly friendly and interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. In particular, the housekeeping manager, Traci, went out of her way to be very kind and accommodating to us. At the front desk, Beth-and Ashley among several others, were so hospitable and friendly and genuinely glad to see us. Warner keeps everything to rights and spoke kind words to my husband. Of course everything was spotless and clean in our bedroom and bathroom (thanks to Andrea) and even the coffee is good! Our first choice on the road as I said is always Holiday Inn, but this location is real stand out and a real winner! Thank you very much, one and all, for being an unexpected highlight of our trip!   Everything was amazing! We drove a very long way and stopped here to rest overnight. We arrived late at night with our two small kids. We were greeted by Brittany who checked us in with ease. She was so warm and friendly it made us feel welcomed and like we made the right desicion by booking this hotel. Safety is a huge consideration for us when travel with our kids- this hotel had a secure entry for after hours check-in which we loved. The room was VERY clean, the hotel was well kept and appeared newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was hot with a vast variety. I would definitely stay here again.

  Great stay overall. Check in was easy with Ashley, she was very polite and knowledgeable. Breakfast left a little to be desired but the breakfast staff were very nice. Sara was very kind to us and our children. I cant remember the gentlemans name that was working with Sara but he was very polite and always busy working. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. This was our second time here, both were very good.

  This location is clean and the host was friendly. I hope this was just a rare occasion that happened while I was there. The elevators were not working for my entire stay and I was placed on the 3rd floor. But the worst is not being able to find a parking place because they allowed all the trucks with trailers to park around the building taking up all the spaces. That should not be allowed and they should be directed to the outside parking areas. I had to park at the next door hotels parking lot.
