  Trish and Tracy are great!! Being a knucklehead I left my iPad in my room. My room was under my colleague's name so Tracy called him to see if he left his iPad and he said no. Tracy then found my business card in my iPad cover and called me. Thank GOD she did!! Then Trish, the GM, took it from there and worked with me to get it shipped to me. Trish and Tracy are a great team!! Thank you ladies for helping me overcome my knuckleheadedness!! Cheers and God Bless!!!

  We checked in, Kimmy was at the front desk alone. There was a long line. I watched her handle each customer with care. She apologized for the wait with each customer and got them checked in quickly. Holiday Inn has a gem in Kimmy! Also Ms. Sarah and Warren were super nice at the breakfast bar the next morning. Good job H R!

  After a brutally long and rainy drive that had us questioning our life choices and singing along to windshield wipers, pulling into this hotel felt like finding an oasis. We were tired, wet, and operating on approximately two brain cells, which we immediately used to unleash an absolute circus of shenanigans and silliness upon the front desk. Instead of calling security, the front desk clerk was incredibly kind, patient, and put up with our nonsense with a smile that deserved an award. They deserve a raise just for nodding along to our exhausted delirium. The next morning, we met Warner, the breakfast attendant. Warner is an absolute treasure. Not only was he delightful, kind and helpful, but he also brought a level of pure joy to the pancake station that healed our souls. If Warner ever decides to start a life coaching business, I am signing up immediately. Five stars all around. Excellent rooms, fantastic service, and staff that somehow tolerate us. We will absolutely be back!

  They didn't treat me like a human kept getting everyone but me even though I waited my turn in line. The front desk Kimmy was very passive aggressive and rude as well as unaware of many store policies or things to do in many circumstances. I had asked for a 2 pm c/o as well at heck inwith consuela, knowing all members are alotted such and she said she could do 1pm however the next day after Kimmy was rude and wrote a letter to me calling me "Karen" and slipped it under my door which was extremely invasive. I reminded consuela as she told me to about my 1pm c/o I showed her the note and she wanted to keep it for some reason. I asked for it back and she got angry she couldn't keep the evidence and said well you can check out at 12pm. At that point I just left at check out time because the behavior the 2 of them displayed was petty and I didn't even want to stay. Terrible customer service. Awful.

  I just want to say Kimmy made our experience a great one!! She even went out of her way to let me take a picture of her with my Daughters best friend who recently passed away😢. We are on vacation and just needed a place to stay for a night before our destination and she was so kind and polite!! I am going to throw this in because she was mistreated and disrespected by a guest while I checked in!! It started with a young boy about 9-10? He needs a room key made for room 331, I know this because she stopped while checking me in to ask him would she could do for him, I almost had her stop and let her help him I assumed he was locked out? Then this WOMAN!! Walks in with her Dairy Queen food and proceeds to be so rude and disgustingly disrespectful to her because she wanted her to stop checking us in and make her a room key for 331!!! Just so you know my name is Wendy Quire in room 110 and if you get a complaint if someone knocking on room 331 at 3am it’s was me!!! Mean people should stay at home and you know what!! Keep up with your room key!! Jimmy needs a pat on the back for continuing to be polite while this WOMAN!! Was just awful to her!! I am a General Manager for a Restaurant in Frankfort Kentucky and I am not used to people treating someone this way!! Her patience and compassion was remarkable in the situation!!
