- CLChe LuAug 2, 20265.0I typically wouldn’t select this brand hotel as a first choice. Needing a last minute stay I walked in and had a great/pleasant experience with Jay at the front desk. He showed me a first floor king room as I was reluctant to book. He also allowed me time to go to my preferred brand hotel to only be told the systems were down worldwide. I went back and was able to book the king room on the 3rd floor versus the first floor I was shown. Per my preference. I was very pleased with the entire hotel as it was very clean, both rooms were spotless, the breakfast area was also clean with a nice food selection. The young lady working there was very pleasant and helpful! Jay was very accommodating to my request for a checkout extension. I would highly suggest this hotel and would definitely stay again!
