  I typically wouldn’t select this brand hotel as a first choice. Needing a last minute stay I walked in and had a great/pleasant experience with Jay at the front desk. He showed me a first floor king room as I was reluctant to book. He also allowed me time to go to my preferred brand hotel to only be told the systems were down worldwide. I went back and was able to book the king room on the 3rd floor versus the first floor I was shown. Per my preference. I was very pleased with the entire hotel as it was very clean, both rooms were spotless, the breakfast area was also clean with a nice food selection. The young lady working there was very pleasant and helpful! Jay was very accommodating to my request for a checkout extension. I would highly suggest this hotel and would definitely stay again!

  Very Disappointing Stay Despite Great Staff I want to start by recognizing what was done well. The front desk clerk was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also above average and one of the better hotel breakfasts I've experienced. Unfortunately, those positives were completely overshadowed by the noise and lack of follow-through from management. During our stay, the hotel was conducting renovations directly above our room. The construction noise was unbelievably loud and made it nearly impossible to relax. When we complained, the staff initially offered to move us to another room, which we appreciated. However, a manager stepped in and assured us that the work would be finished within ten minutes, saying there was no need to relocate us. That promise was simply not kept. Ten minutes turned into more than an hour of constant banging and renovation noise. We trusted management's word and stayed put, only to continue enduring the disruption. Even more frustrating, the next morning the construction started again at 8:00 a.m., waking our 11-month-old grandchild. Anyone traveling with young children understands how upsetting it is when a baby's sleep is interrupted, especially during what should be a relaxing hotel stay. To make matters worse, the hotel's Wi-Fi was among the worst I've ever experienced. The connection was slow, unreliable, and frustrating to use throughout our visit. The excellent front desk service and good breakfast were not enough to make up for the excessive renovation noise, the broken promise from management, and the poor internet service. Hotels should either avoid placing guests directly beneath active construction or honor relocation offers when guests are clearly being affected. Sadly, this stay fell far short of expectations, and I cannot recommend it based on this experience.

  We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Thomasville, GA location. Our room was clean and comfortable. We slept great and the breakfast was delicious. Check in and check out was easy. Enough parking to easily park the small trailer we were towing. I have already made reservations for our return trip!

  We needed one night. The room was clean and well appointed. The hot breakfast was good. The fresh ground coffee is available all day and night. The front desk team was polite. They lock the front door overnight and you will either need your key card to enter, or there is a door buzzer that you push and wait for the clerk to activate the doors.

  This hotel has the worst Internet connection that I've ever seen. Very, very slow, constantly disconnecting.
