- LMLauren MOct 4, 20265.0Me and my sister stayed here for a week due to our uncle having a cancer diagnosis. The staff here were wonderful, very welcoming and helpful the whole time during a extremely stressful time. We were extremely busy and stressed throughout the week casemanging a cross state move along with multiple medical systems. The staff was very attentive asking if we needed water or anything while we handled calls in the lobby (when one of us needed to work in the room). They were also so kind to give us a room with a pull out bed as we were unsure if our uncle would stay with us or not. He ended up staying many nights as we navigated things and the extra space made this possible. We also have extremely long hair me and my sister and the staff never balked at giving us extra towels. I even once forgot my laptop charger downstairs, due to the chaos we were dealing with and the staff held it until the next day they saw my sister and could hand it off safely. The GM was great, when I needed something printed and had issues getting it on his printer he did it without hesitation. This was a time sensitive document that we needed signed for my uncle. Every time we needed something they had already done it or were willing to support our needs. They truly went above and beyond at this location and I couldn't recommend it more.
