  I do not recommend anyone stay here! There is no management plan to support guests in running of this hotel The Street entrance is not marked properly so you have to turn around and reroute on a u-turn to get to the hotel. Large trucks are triple part in the parking lot with nowhere for other patrons to park their car. We had to park in the back by the dumpsters After carrying our luggage across a newly ashalted parking lot and get it all over our shoes and bags to go in a back door. There was no one to assist during this whole process in the front was blocked off to the main entrance to the hotel. The clerk was left by herself for the night and oppressed. My husband and I are both physically challenged and all of this was very difficult. This whole place is completely mismanaged and they offer you help after you've been completely inconvenient like breakfast for $15.95. We had a better meal at the Waffle House. After going to bed at 2:00 in the morning, I was rudely waken by a maid cart blocking me from leaving and getting ice out of the ice machine.

  Will not be staying again. This hotel has gone down hill over our stays. Our first and last personal stay gained us $70 in unused breakfast vouchers that we never even saw because they weren't needed after the first day of our stay but the hotel continued to charge us for them without any warning. The restaurant does not serve everything on their posted menu, very limited in person menu, won't deliver to rooms even though the online menu says it's an option, phone number to order from room doesn't work and they won't charge to the room either. On top of that, the alcohol we got tasted awful and the staff was drinking but I do appreciate that the drink got comped. Check in was quick and easy, they are making efforts to make the hotel more appealing with professional carpet cleaning, painting and pressure washing. Rooms are clean and nice, the whole place seems to be nice but the customer service experience was not great. My experience may not be your experience, its unfortunate that the restaurant was not what we expected and it cost us money we weren't expecting to spend.
