- SKSusie Kish3 days ago1.0This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and the last time! There is 1 employee at the front desk and no other staff members in site. 10 people in line waiting to get registered. The employee was very kind and professional trying to serve everyone. This is inexcusable!! Also for the third time the TV doesn’t work and maintenance is gone for the day. Why are they not checking them? Inexcusable too! Every other hotel we stay in provides a complimentary breakfast but not Holiday Inn they charge each individual $12.99. Done! We will not patronize any Holiday Inns!

I was only in for a night, room was clean when I walked in. bed was comfortable, ac worked, no smells or dirtyness that I could see. only complaint is when I woke up, I found a roach on its back in the bathroom. I was not happy to see that.
