  This room looks like it’s has seen battle. Horns honked engines racing outside all night. See pictures of mold and just all around just disgusting hotel.

  To begin, the only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. It’s in a safe spot and around food places. When we checked in, we were not recognized as IGH reward members nor were we given the welcome goodie back that’s given to those who are. The shower in the room had broken shelves that were hanging off the wall, the bathroom sink was clogged and the TV in the bedroom had a blown speaker and distorted sound. Any of these could be dismissed as simply a minor thing, but all of them together, at the price point that this hotel charges ($230) a night, you’d expect a much better experience. Made a complaint and was given $20 “corporate” based on what the GM told us. When I asked for corporates number, they gave me IGH’s corporate office. I contacted IGH and was told that they don’t make compensation decisions as the hotels are owned privately. My wife and I were completely deceived by the management staff. Could have just given us the corporate entity that owns the hotel in the first place. They have no integrity and did nothing but backpedal when confronted over this. Stay away. There’s a couple of other decent hotels in town. I can understand mistakes, but not being deceived by management and/or ownership over guest service. I have opened a case with IGH themselves but how their brand is represented at this location. The one bright note, Jillian at the front desk when checking out was absolutely fantastic. Great customer service and very engaging.

  Hotel was okay. The TV was small with audio problems. It seems like it operated from some kind of adapter. The remote didn't always work to turn the TV on or off. The bathroom had mold by the shower. The shower head had lime scales. The carpet, well, it needs to be replaced yesterday.

  My husband and I were having issues with the TV at 5:30am. Mr Rashod who was working the front desk advised maintenance would be in at 8:00am but he came up to our room to try and help solve the issue. In addition we were checking out but wanted to extend for another day. I thought I had to wait but Mr Rashod assisted with that process before leaving his shift at 7:00am. All said and done Mr Rashod was very kind with a pleasant demeanor, professional, understanding, informative and just a pleasure to work with. Mr Rashod is an asset to this establishment.   I stayed there Friday the 12th checked out on Sunday on the 14th and during my event Saturday one the front desk people were trying to scram me trying to hit my credit card for 177.00, 190.65, 197.16 I checked in Friday I had 2 rooms for 2 nights which they had already hit my credit card for and when I was asking for my invoice they were playing like they sent it to me and kept giving me the run around and I'm a ihg rewards member on top of that this was my last time staying there I will not be booking this hotel again they scramming and trying to still money off your credit card but I have credit card invoices for everything I will be taking further action against this hotel
