- SCSheila CummingsJun 16, 20261.0I stayed there Friday the 12th checked out on Sunday on the 14th and during my event Saturday one the front desk people were trying to scram me trying to hit my credit card for 177.00, 190.65, 197.16 I checked in Friday I had 2 rooms for 2 nights which they had already hit my credit card for and when I was asking for my invoice they were playing like they sent it to me and kept giving me the run around and I'm a ihg rewards member on top of that this was my last time staying there I will not be booking this hotel again they scramming and trying to still money off your credit card but I have credit card invoices for everything I will be taking further action against this hotel

Rashad at the front desk went above and beyond helping me with my reservation and ensuring I had the maximum comfort experience during my stay. He is very professional and very welcoming. The staff at this hotel appear to be committed to ensuring quality guest experience. I can’t for the breakfast bar is awesome ❤️👍🏽👍🏽❤️10/10

There is 1 employee at the front desk and no other staff members in site. 10 people in line waiting to get registered. The employee was very kind and professional trying to serve everyone. This is inexcusable!! Also for the third time the TV doesn’t work and maintenance is gone for the day. Why are they not checking them? Inexcusable too! Every other hotel we stay in provides a complimentary breakfast but not Holiday Inn they charge each individual $12.99. Done! We will not patronize any Holiday Inns!

I was only in for a night, room was clean when I walked in. bed was comfortable, ac worked, no smells or dirtyness that I could see. only complaint is when I woke up, I found a roach on its back in the bathroom. I was not happy to see that.
