The service & kindness by Kami at the check in desk was beyond amazing! She took extra care to ensure that our needs were met and our expectations were exceeded! The hotel is good but Kami is the reason I'm giving 5 stars!!

She offered extra towels and also opened the kitchen to get us some plates and milk for my son's cereal. She was an angel. She even gave my other son 1 of her white castle burger packs. She truly went above and beyond! In the morning Reyna and Leslie were the best breakfast attendants my family has encountered in a long time! The breakfast was well stocked and delicious. My family really enjoyed the pancakes machine. And there was Kami again to wish us safe travels and tell us she'll be seeing us more now since our daughter will be starting GSU soon. And she's right! I highly recommend.

Ms. Amber and the management team worked very hard to make sure everything we needed was taken care of and they did not miss a beat! We are all extremely impressed with their professionalism and attention to details. The 16 of us that stayed at this property experienced a quality hotel and staff. We absolutely recommend this IHG Property going forward to everyone and we will be back very soon ourselves to make another visit. We are indeed looking forward to that experience.
