It is not my responsibility to provide technical details or determine the nature of the electrical problem. I would expect the hotel to promptly investigate the condition, have it evaluated by qualified personnel, and take appropriate steps to protect guests. We arrived Friday evening, expecting to stay through the wedding on Saturday night. Unfortunately, I realized after checking in that I had accidentally booked only one night instead of two. Even though I had booked through a third-party website, the front desk associate was incredibly kind and gracious. She went above and beyond to adjust our reservation so we could stay the additional night without the stress of finding another hotel. The next evening, after getting my 88-year-old grandmother ready for the wedding in her room just down the hall, I accidentally left my sandals there. After the ceremony, my feet desperately needed a break from my heels before the reception! I explained the situation to the front desk, and after verifying my grandmother’s information, she kindly allowed me access to retrieve my shoes. Both interactions were handled with such genuine kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. It’s rare to encounter customer service that makes you feel so cared for, and this team did exactly that. Their willingness to help turned what could have been stressful situations into easy ones, allowing me to simply enjoy a very special family weekend. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality. It truly did not go unnoticed, and I would absolutely stay here again!
