  The room does not look as nice as on the website. The room is clean but definitely run down. The first room I was given had a safety lock hanging on by a single bolt. The second room had a functioning one but the floor is not in great shape.

  a wonderful experience there! all staff members especially Alecia was so kind and showed amazing customer service,the room was clean,breakfast was delicious,i genuinely had an amazing time!

  Did not stay there, but recently attended a seminar, the location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The seminar was very informative and I learned a lot.

  This place deserve a 5stars. Breakfast was satisfying. Bedsheets are crispy clean. The only thing I can comment about is the water pressure in the shower bec it wasnt as strong as expected. But it was still okay. Overall, we are satisfied. If you are looking to stay for a night, this is the right place.

  We have stayed here two times. We really enjoyed our first stay a few years ago, but this stay was not ideal and we will not be back. We get settled in our room and it is not the cleanest, but we can manage. We’re going to make the best of our vacation. Day two, wake up to get showers and there is no water. No call that the water will be cut off for maintenance. So no showers and no using the restroom. Thankfully we had bottled water to brush our teeth with. We went to the beach, then came back that afternoon. The water finally came back on around 4pm-5pm. We made the best of our trip considering the cleanliness of the rooms, the setback of maintenance on water, the smell of marijuana coming into our room through the ac due to others smoking their choice of drug on the property (don’t care what ya do, but I don’t want to smell it and I don’t want my kids breathing it in). As I was leaving one day, I noticed a lady walking and a man in a white minivan was following her back towards her room. I turned around to make sure she got where she needed to safely. I asked her if she knew that man, and she said she didn’t know who he was. He did leave but that was an uncomfortable situation especially since we are traveling with two teenage girls. When our families arrived, we helped them unload and one of the rooms was holding moisture. The floors were slick, the ac was leaking, and the fridge was not working adequately. We did extend our stay one night because family came to stay and we wanted to be with them, but unfortunately, we will not be retuning. Staff is great, and friendly. Hotel definitely needs to be updated. Utility pipes need to be checked, ac units need to be maintained, drugs need to be prohibited on property. Also, you may ask why I didn’t contact the staff. I did contact the staff about the poor drainage in the sinks, but nothing was done. That led me to believe that nothing would be addressed so we just decided to enjoy the vacation we planned with family because we couldn’t just leave and find somewhere else.
